Apex Day-1

Avoid like the plague! – Ordered a rack and come other equipment in March and never received anything. No communication at all despite multiple emails. Ended up having to go through NCAT just to get a refund. They agreed to the refund but then didn't honour the conditions of the NCAT order. Now having to go through Local court to request a money order to then have the refund taken directly from their bank. Avoid at all costs.

[Content Removed] – The business owner [Content Removed] people. This business is affiliated with [Content Removed]. Took $3,465 and 4 weeks later no work was done. I'm reporting him to the police. This is [Content Removed].

Avoid – Do not buy from Apex Day-1. I’ve waited over an year for my order and I had no contact after I was promised a refund due to the wait and having no stock. They continue to advertise their products that they don’t have. Please avoid them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS! – Ordered a bench in 2020 and it was never delivered. They promised a refund and then disappeared. Emails bounced back, website shut down, no way of contacting them. Now they’re back and when I demand what I ordered they claim they’re a different company with different owners! All 1 star reviews have a copy and paste sob story claiming they’re going to fulfil all back orders in early 2023. We’ll it’s the end of Feb and I haven’t heard a thing!

Kettlebell – Very happy with the product. Received in the expected time frame.

Apex #1 – Hands down the best weights I've ever used. Delivery was prompt and quality is top of the line. 100% would recommend and deal with again.

WORSE COMPANY – PLEASE do not buy from them, poor customer service. They do not return your calls. I have been waiting for a refund for ONE YEAR

saying my weights were on their way... they never came. I contacted them a week after the supposed delivery date, no response. I contacted them 2 weeks after that still no response. I had friends family and partner contact them same issue. After sending them an letter via email and social media saying that I will take legal matters if no response was given only THEN they got back to me straight after saying they'd "given their warehouse the wrong details" and “they moved warehouse so everyone’s orders got lost in the process.” and that I'd be getting my product within a week... three weeks later and nothing. I contacted them again, no response. Then I followed up a week later... still no response. And then I followed up a week later after that with my final warning before taking them to ACC they responded with “do you still want your order or do you want your money back?” I proceeded with wanting my order. They gave me another 7-10 days and that it’s on it’s way thanks for being patient. 3 weeks later I received my order which was a 32kg kettlebell. Just when I thought this was over I opened the box to see that it was chipped and damaged all over. I sent an email attached with a photo stating I want a refund. 10 days later still no word. It’s honestly a lost cause. Long story short, best to avoid this company at all cost! When it’s too good to be true it usually is!

they got back to me a week later saying they'd "given their warehouse the wrong details" and I'd be getting my product within a week... two weeks later and nothing. I contacted them again, no response. Then I followed up a week later... no response. And then I followed up a week after that... and you guessed it, no response.
