Best company to buy your bow online. Extremely great service 10/10 – I had a issue with my bow hoyt rx7, to my surprise the owner of the buisness called me back. He then dealt with hoyt personally. This company would bend over backwards to keep their customers happy. I'm a genuine person and this post review is solely because they deserve it. I would not recommend then enough. If your going to spend big like I did they are the right company for your buisness and you would be in very good hands.

Products say in stock, but then they sit on backorder for weeks/months – Twice I have order from this business. Both times the products on the website say in stock. But they aren't, they put your order on backorder and don't communicate this with the customer. Now 3 years later my son wants a bow for Christmas, I purchased it 10 days ago, log onto my account and fancy that, it is backorder approved. Yet you go onto the website, the exact product is on sale and showing in stock. No communication from them, no courtesy call or email to let you know. No customer service/care. Just take your money and leave you wondering If you are not prepared to maintain your website and you are advertising a product in stock then be prepared to substitute at your own expense. You deserve bad reviews, and I don't think I'm the only one who has experienced this service from you

Service – Not knocking the place. But I took my bow in to get set up and my sight 1 2 3 axis leveled. Took it home and started shooting and something wasn't right. So I took the bow to Abbey archery for them to check. The cam timing was out. It wasn't even looked at.. my sight 1 2 3 axis wasn't set as well. But apex still charged 69 bucks for nothing.
