Purchased two pairs of these very expensive items, they were great until they weren’t ! Weirdly, my husband’s and my AirPods started having crackling/hissing faults within a month of each other, they are four years old and apparently have a known problem BUT Apple would only repair or replace these up to three years. So, I will not be buying Apple anymore as I don’t think the 400 dollars proved to be for a superior product Show details
Gamechanger – AirPods Pro redefines wireless earbuds with active noise cancellation, a comfortable design, and impressive sound quality. Their seamless integration with Apple devices makes them a top choice despite the higher price point. Show details
Apple Airpods Pro - Hazard Burning Ears – The airpods are having connectivity issues and charging issues. In addition they are are getting so hot to wear they burnt my ear. They have been accessed by Apple who barely looked at them and decided they were water damaged and burnt out. Photo below shows they are not burnt out. After reading a number of reviews they appear to use this excuse… Read more
so they do not need to replace the product. Please keep in mind that the Apple AirPods are water resistant and are suitable to use for physical activity. It is embarrassing that Apple is a $2.59 trillion dollar company and they cannot stand by their faulty product. Customer service on the phone was extremely poor as the overseas operator could not understand the issue. Apple Chadstone was worse as after speaking with 5 people, not one staff member knew who the Store Manager was. $2.59 trillion dollar company and no store Manager?? I feel that if Apple can't stand by their product, I will stop purchasing any of their products.

Great Product, Easy to Use – I needed new Airpods after essentially killing my last pair. Rather than go with the standard ones this time, I decided to upgrade to the pro. What I love most about these is that they fit securely in my ear, and don't feel like they are going to fall out when I jog. Plus the sound quality is decent and I don't need to have the volume up loud to… Read more
hear anything. I have also made a few calls, and no one has had any issues hearing me, so that's a bonus also. Incredibly quick to set up. All I needed to do was unlock my phone, open up the Airpods case and they were connected. Whilst it's only been a few days, so far everything has been great.
It’s like honeymoon great at first than fades away !! – Purchased me AirPods Pro & was super excited first 2 weeks than left AirPod stop connecting for left side ...after some research & it fixed or problem... 1 week down the track same problem & now this time won’t connect at all from left side... Bought from office works & they simply refuse to comment further & slide me to Apple store :( Show details

Upgraded from AirPods and am so glad! – I recently went from AirPods to the new AirPod Pros and I am really so happy with them. They have pretty good noise cancelling ability, with the option to also allow some noise partially through. They last for a really reasonable amount of time between charges, a lot better than expected. The sounds quality is really good also. I use them to… Read more
watch videos and listen to music and podcasts from time to time and they’re perfect for what I am wanting whilst being comfortable and not breaking the bank.
Very happy with my purchase – I won't go over ground already more than adequately covered by other reviewers here, however I do have something to add. I have personally been very happy with my Air Pods Pro. They have replaced Bose earbuds that stopped working just under a year from date of purchase. I contacted the seller (Amazon) who accepted their return with virtually no… Read more
questions asked and I put the funds towards the air pods. I haven't experienced any of the performance or reliability issues mentioned in other reviews....... so far. What I have experienced has been quite the opposite. Recently one of the pods fell out and, to my dismay, into a tin of thick paint. I retrieved it, washed it vigorously for a couple of minutes in a bowl of water and placed it in the sun to dry. It made an intermittant high pitched noise for a day or 2 but is working as well as ever now (touch wood). That to me is the mark of a great product. Here's hoping it continues.
Amazing product! – The airpod pros are in my humble opinion the best wireless headphones for day to day use on the market right now, the spatial audio and noise cancelation offer the highest quality listening experience i've ever heard. The charge lasts very long and the case and airpods themselves are very durable. Overall 10/10 highly recommend! Show details

Not a good product, needs an apple adapter only for charging – Needs an Apple adapter for charging. Charging with laptop does not work for these. Battery does not last very long. Sensor controls not very effective. Not a good product at all. Show details
Garbage – Apple headphones are just truly garbage, my AirPods are constantly glitching and I have had 2 pairs of beats and they've broken within 3 months. It's just an awful experience they're so buggy.
Not worth $400. Stopped working as soon as the warranty ended. Apple quoted $380 for repair – I bought them for $400. They were ok for 12 months, then stopped working. I did all the troubleshooting with Apple and we isolated the problem to the hardware. They said it would cost $380 to have them repaired. Ridiculous! Show details

Good business device. Awful audio performance for the price – I never wanted wireless buds but my hand was forced by being moved into an open plan office. Looked at the rest and being an Apple fan decided on the AirPods and went for the pricey Pro version hoping for good audio. Connection with Apple devices is seamless. Call quality is great. Noise cancellation helps in dealing with loud coworkers. Battery… Read more
life is reasonable and the mag case will get you through the day. Connection to other devices is patchy and the audio quality diminishes.
My big gripe. And it’s big. The volume level is woeful for the price point. I bought the Pros thinking I’d get strong audio performance but it just isn’t the case at all. The sound is well rounded but weak. They never sound like they are being pushed and, if you love music, you should be able to get what you require for this price. Awful bass performance.
I know Apple are renowned for limiting volume but it’s just ridiculous. I’ve tried all the different sizes of surrounds to improve sound, adjusted all settings to no avail. If this is the best the Pro version can do then the standard ones must be worse than the free sets you used to get on planes. Extremely disappointing for the price. In no way akin to a decent set of good brand wired earbuds.
Next time I’ll head to one of the proper audio brands. As a business device within an Apple world they rock. As an audiophile device they suck!
Disappointed with this Apple product- do not recommend it at all! – I have used different AirPods, and different brands in my life to talk over the phone when I am driving, walking and etc. This one was the more expensive one and the worse one I had. it is comfortable to wear if it works. connect to my both iPhones and iMac and iPad easily. it is great for a short time listening to music and etc. beautiful and… Read more
professional sound but only works for half an hour. I can't use it. my hubby has the same and he has the same issue. we contacted Apple immediately after we realise the issue( a month after purchase) and we were told that there is no issue and no replacement for it. My hubby had the 1st generation airpod for more than 3 years, he is a mobile mechanic, and he used to talk all day with his customers with one nightly charge. he lost one of them and the second pair was still working great. That is why we both purchased the pro one, thinking this one must be better than the 1st generation but no. do not buy it at all. we did not get any support from Apple, which Apple usually used to support well.

Should be much better – I bought this product around 1 year ago. What I can say is this product should be much much better. Things that I don’t like and I cannot see apple doing much to improve. 1) it’s extremely hard to check the battery levels - somethings work, sometimes not. 2) if you think to use the AirPods between other devices be prepared. It’s a nightmare, never works properly. In terms of sound is ok! Show details
Massive Bluetooth Connection Issues – I have a Mac and an iPhone. For some reason the iPhone is the master and once conected to the iPhone, these airPods just won't reconnect to the Mac. I have spent hours and hours trying everything I can think of to try and stop the iPhone and reconnect to the Mac but it just refuses. Then a week later something happens and all of a sudden I can use… Read more
my very expensive airPods with my Mac. If you like to enjoy listening to songs and relaxing, but a BOSE. If you like being stuffed around and being frustrated because you paid for the GOAT and got the LEMON, then buy these. Next time I'm buying BOSE.
The worst Apple Product ever – The only positive things: it’s possible to get a motorbike helmet on and off while wearing them. The range is good. The sound (you know, the thing you buy headphones for!) would be great if it wasn’t for all the other issues. Read on. The main problem I have with these headphones is a loud screeching noise caused by the instability of the system… Read more
responsible for noise reduction. The system seems to rely on the air tight seal of the buds in your ears. My ears are pretty normal I think, I use the medium sized buds and they fit comfortably. When I first got them they worked fine for a while but a month or so in, they start this screeching noise problem at the slightest bump. Even footfalls when going for a walk result in a screech each time a foot hits the ground. No matter how much I keep them clean and ensure the buds are fitted this problem is constant once it starts. Sometimes it even makes a super loud screech, enough to hurt your ears at a random time. I listen to them in bed laying on my side and I suspect it’s this that caused the problem to start. I had the first pair replaced after wasting hours of my time going through the ridiculous steps suggested by support only to have the problem start again and worse on the second pair. $400 for these problems? An absolute joke of a product.
Comfortable fit and great sound – I bought the AirPod Pro after my AirPods stopped working after 3 years of service. The upgrade was worth it. The AirPods fit better than the last pair. 3 different size rubber grommets are included to help noise cancellation. The noise canceling feature of the Pro’s is great. Much better than the normal AirPods. Rich music bass and treble sound.… Read more
Phone calls are better quality with the noise cancellation feature. This can be turned on or off depending on the external conditions. The grommets help to fit the AirPods snugly in the ear. Very comfortable. Very light weight. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend this product.
Good all around but isn't perfect – I use the airpods primarily for listening to music while I work. I have a very active job and the buds stay in just fine. They do get kinda sweaty, but that's a given with in-ear buds. The microphone is okay. When using it for calls the other person says I sound like I'm underwater or in a bathroom. often, I would not use these.
The volume goes up more than enough for me, especially when using the active noise cancelling to drown out other noises.
The wireless range is pretty good. Definitely enough for me to be satisfied.
They stay charged for much longer than I expected.
I’ve had to pay $550 for them – I sent mine away for repair (4 months after purchase) as one air pod wasn’t working, to be told I have to pay an extra $150 to replace the case as the charging connection was ‘corroded’. I’ve never ever had them wet or even moist as I don’t sweat. Extremely dissatisfied for expensive head phones. Show details
Value for money Airpods – I'm satisfied with the sound quality and it's a lightweight Airpods that feels like nothing when use it. Perfect Airpods for physical activities like jogging cycling. Also the battery performance is awesome. Show details
Could be better for price tag – -1 star for poor mic. People struggle to hear me -2 star for poor Bluetooth connectivity and it keeps connecting to other devices in the house without asking me. Will Fit Even The Smallest Of Ears – For years I had thought about buying AirPods but each time a new product was launched the reviews all said the same; that they kept falling out of smaller ears and didn’t fit well. released. After reading hundreds of reviews, I decided to bite the bullet and just do it. Thanks to the various size ear tips I was able to find a size that fit my ears perfectly. I can run without fear of them falling out and they even stay firmly in place when I am sweating profusely too. The noise cancelling feature is also amazing. No longer do I have to move to the uncomfortable lounge when my husband’s snoring up a storm next to me. There are so many amazing features about these AirPods but these are the two that really stood out for me. Such a great investment, I love them.

sound ok – sound is ok, noise cancellation works but nothing out of the ordinary. The pods insistence on connecting to anything Apple anywhere near them is a total frustration. Trying to have a teams meeting on a phone and then your airpods automatically switch to your Mac is unhelpful to say the least. Apple being to clever for its own good yet again. Wouldn't buy again Show details
Sensational – Lot of negative reviews on this website, I found the opposite - awesome sound, 3 different size ear tips to use, do not fall out when running or exercising, great battery life as well. Really good product and well worth the investment. Buy on Amazon, not the Apple store to save money, Show details
Very uncomfortable with movement, easy to drop even while you eating for long period – I used airpods before and update airpod pro. But it really disappointing me, not because it doesn’t fit my ears, It fit but when i use it for around more than 30mins, it’s started to losse and drop quickly when I turning around or even not doing anything. So don’t buy this if you have to work long time and exercise, running or even walking a little bit fast. Very uncomfortable to use. Show details
Great audio but I can’t move – These DO have great Audio quality & noise cancelling, great in-call quality and they’re very comfortable. They DONT however, fit well enough for me to be able to move off my office chair or TV chair while using them. I’ve tried all possible combinations between the Apple S/M/L ear tips with no success. I bought some $$ foam eartips and the fit… Read more
was greatly improved BUT they got uncomfortable after an hour and although they didn’t appear to hinder the in case charging I often had a dead bud when I went to use them. Originally I only had to open the case for it to pair with my phone, it was great, now however it keeps asking me to connect the AirPods. Battery life is 3 hours- there are earbuds of an equal quality that a little cheaper but longer battery life. I’m using them less and less and using my non Apple wireless buds more & more. My life is firmly entrenched in the Apple ecosystem and until now I’ve been happy, but when these die I won’t be replacing them with another pair of Apple ones.
Disappointed with this product – OMG! Bought it 2 days ago, first time using it I noticed that the left side of the pod keeps making clicking noise. So I looked it up on the internet and it’s a known issue where Apple has been making the recall. I took mine into the Apple store, even though they admitted that it’s a known issue but they still want me to go through trouble of… Read more
making an appointment with Genius Bar to investigate to determine the issue. I am disappointed that I only bought it for 2 days, first time using and it’s already faulty. If they already knew these faulty products on the shelves, but why don’t they removed them rather putting customers going such an unpleasant customer experience for charging a premium price tag. Since it’s only 2 days, I would expect them to allow me to replace it on the spot.
Far superior to standard AirPods – Two members of my household have standard AirPods, so when I bought the Pros for my son’s birthday I had a good comparison. These didn’t disappoint, and are worth the extra $. Firstly, the rubberised earplugs are so much more comfortable, and are far less intrusive than the hard plastic ones. These also serve to minimise external noise. … Read more
Speaking of external noise…. Wow! The noise cancelling works so incredibly well it really surprised me. Standing outside on a really windy day, there was a constant sound of rushing air, but when I turned the noise cancellation on it COMPLETELY disappeared. Like… utterly, totally gone. It was as though somebody turned the wind off. But the feature I love is the safety for my teen with the third setting, which somehow removes background noise but allows voices to come through (sort of amplified) and won’t stop you from hearing dangers coming your way, like cars etc. Important for distracted kids on busy roads etc! It also means when I call out to him, he can actually hear me (unlike when he has gaming headphones on… sigh). For people who want to leave them in all the time, it means that you can have a conversation because it slightly amplifies other voices and even your own, so you won’t find yourself shouting at your unsuspecting friends (there’s nothing more annoying than a person with headphones on yelling at you because they can’t hear their voice, right?). Of course the Apple pairing system makes it a breeze to set up. The instant you put your new AirPods in your ears your phone sees them and sets them up. So now they’re named after the phone user … note to be careful here, as my son’s became “Legend’s AirPod Pros” … Cringe… And now of course if you misplace them they are searchable in the “Find My” app. Losing them may be a little easier given the more compact design, but if you don’t like having the giant, wanky stems hanging out of your ears with that “look-at-me-I’ve-got-AirPods” vibe, then these are a bit more discreet. And I think these will stay in better when you’re being active, too. My son has run with them, no problem. The sound is good. Ok, so they’re not top of the range sound system good, but you’ll be happy, even if you are after high quality music listening. I did laugh at my son choosing to Rick-roll himself to test out the music fidelity (and if you don’t know what that is, then I suggest you ask a GenZ), and it has lovely high end and mids, and decent lower end. I think these are great for listening to jazz or atmospheric or even classical music. Not sure how the bass would go with fat dance beats or rap, but that’s not my taste, and I’d imagine you’d want over-ears for that anyway. Technical points: good battery life, fast charging, with heaps of battery capacity in the storage case for recharging on the go. Oh, and if you’re on the receiving end of a call from someone using the Pros, the voice pickup is clear and good quality. Has all the nice features like double tapping on one bud for track skipping etc. Minuses: the tiny little button on the left bud for switching on/off noise cancellation is a bit fiddly, and I found myself skipping tracks instead of switching on or off the noise, but that’s probably something you’d get better at with practice. Highly recommend these and will be getting myself a pair for my endless work zoom meetings too.
Amazing product for me! – I received the AirPod pros this year as a gift from my husband. Fantastic in every way – I never liked ear phones till air pod pro came in to my life. loud but very irritating sound all day and hence I decided to give these a try. What a blessing. Sound quality is amazing and they stay well in my ear while I excercise. If my head tilts too low like 75 degree plus downwards yes they come off but that's that only time and that doesnt happen often. I bought one pair for hubby as they are just too good not to share. He loves them too. Pairing with iphone 12 pro was a breeze though to pair with mac we needed to upgrade the software but its all free and was smooth. Battery life is really good and its just an overall very smart little product. Definitely recommend giving these a try.
Very good overall – Using these primarily for work and some personal use. They easily sync between your Apple devices. The noise canceling feature is useful for online meetings. The wireless/Bluetooth range is pretty good too. Long lasting charge. Only criticism, sometimes the ear pieces have charged unevenly. One will have a full charge while the other doesn’t… Read more
have more than 20%. This seems to be a common issue. If the AirPods don’t always stay flush within the charging cradle then the battery charge isn’t even.
good but pricey – These are good! But.... I happen to have a daith piercing which means that the air pod can fall out easily. Sound is good, connectivity is generally easy. Switching between assets is not as smooth (apple to apple is ok but airpod to PC and between video conferencing apps is not smooth but my computer is rubbish so it could be that). The cost is the biggest issue. They are really expensive. Show details
Horrible – Like every other Apple product I've ever bought these broke just after the warranty ended. I currently have a Samsung phone but I liked how these fit in my ears so I thought I'd give Apple one last shot. They had issues connecting through Bluetooth intermittently, then randomly the left one started not charging. I tried to go through customer service, but they were just plain unhelpful. I really want to like these but they have issues – I wear Airpods from 7:30am to 5pm every weekday. They are heavily used as I take 20-30 calls a day and occasionally listen to Podcasts. running on Homekit. For that reason it's easy to add Apple products as they seamlessly integrate with all that is Apple. The Airpods Pro do that too. They are easy to pair with your iPhone with a push of a button and from there you only have to pick your iPad up and they connect without any setup. There are many positives with these headphones. The sound absolutely trumps the old Airpods due to the seal in the ear creating better transfer of sound with deeper bass and a clarity you don't get from the original Airpods. The noise cancellation feature is brilliant. They worked perfectly on a flight, mowing the lawn or even using a 100db blender. The transparency mode is good.. when you're indoors. Phone calls are clearer at both ends of the call than the original Airpods. For these positives it gets 3 stars. IMO There are only two cons with this product but they are fairly major. ~Battery life is only a few hours and charging time is slow. My original Airpods lasted nearly twice as long and charge up two or three times as quick. I use my old Airpods for an hour each day while I wait for the Pro's to charge. ~Transparency mode can be very uncomfortable. If wind blows on the Pro's it automatically goes into noise cancelling mode and usually in one ear. It gives you the sensation of having one ear blocked. You have to take one or both out to fix it. I have no idea if I have a faulty pair or this is how they're supposed to work. Sometimes even using these inside can give the feeling of blocked ears.
All in all these are good headphones and I can understand they would use more battery than the old version but I'm very close to returning these due to the dodgy transperency mode. Apple support said I can exchange them if I think they are faulty but when I took them back to Harvey Norman they told me they would take them for a few weeks to assess. They are very comfortable to wear but extremely uncomfortable when one or both automatically noise cancels.
