Durable and reliable. Still works flawlessly
Camera quality is great, because the two camera system that was carried over from the iPhone 8+ certainly gives it an advantage that most would need.
I do have to say that the real power is in the software of any Apple device sold. The software is optimised for the hardware and is simple to update.
I primarily use this phone to call, text and use apps like WhatsApp and YouTube. On the flip side, I do wish that the camera bump would be a thing of the past and hopefully, Apple addresses this concern of myself and then some to come up either a fix or a solution.
Apps still run smoothly on this phone and have had no lagging issues due to the optimisation of all apps and the operating system.

Great phone, well upgraded.
Great upgrades from the previous model I had (8). Keeping their large screen options I opted for a Pro max. The camera is incredible with the new 3 lends, zoom and range on it is something else! Big cameras no longer needed! The back has gone away from glass previous options, making more durable, however easily dented and scratched as per previous versions (such as the 5). My phone is my personal and business phone, it’s charge sustains me a full day of both uses. Some apps crash in use however more likely a software update issue. Optimisation ...is great, clarity and responsiveness is next level. Disappointed that cannot use headphones and charger at the same time, another apple oversight, however you can of course opt to pay more money and get the adapters. A great phone that will do everything your computer and expensive cameras can do in one! Highly recommend.

Faulty phone from new - appalling after service
Faulty phone from new, told by several Apple staff try this, try that, see how it goes.
“I have never heard of this fault”.
Three months down track finally diagnosed with faulty display - appalling after service.
Technician will try to have it fixed the day it’s taken in but no guarantee which will leave me with no phone if he can’t.
Should have been replaced when fault first reported in the first couple of weeks instead of Apple staff who didn’t know what they were doing wanting the problem to go away.

Bought a new I phone 11 works well
I had a iPhone 10 for a while now and it started to fail and freeze. Once I bought this iPhone 11 the images were clearer and retrieval was fast. Apple phones have really changed over the years and they simply get better.

very happy with the phone performance and the quality performance of the phone will recommend this phone to anyone who is very happy with apple and has previously used apple.

Great and reliable!
Just happy I took a gamble and it paid off.
The manufacturers were letting Google down and I could not get a Microsoft phone so this was the only option.

Worst phone ever.
I bought this phone not even a year ago and it’s constantly glitching, not letting me delete photos and is turning off randomly. It’s not like it’s an iPhone 5, it’s an iPhone 11. Apple is scamming customers. I was so excited to get my phone but now I only ever use my iPad because it’s the only thing that works. I will for sure be buying a Samsung for my next phone. I bet they have MUCH better technology.
A very decent smartphone!
-IPS screen: for me it was one of the key factors of buying 11 Athos, I consider OLED screens to be a technology that has not yet been developed to the ideal
- the smoothest (bug-free) OS compared to ANY phone
- working time ... but I would like more)
-optimized RAM that works the way it should work
-camera ... even though I am not a fan of taking pictures of my face anytime, anywhere) in practical matters it helps out, and the photos of nature are excellent. in general, the camera on all iPhones is considered one of the best, so for me this is a nice bonus
About the minuses, in my opinion, overpriced.
Purchased in April 2020 for $850.00.
Good phone with trusted brand
Really like the large screen operating processing speed.
Storage sufficient and apps are bountiful.
You gotta try it out and then be the judge. Camera is clear and love it

Prettiness is not everything
I last had an Apple phone about 10 years ago. Since then I've been using various android phones - samsung, xiaomi, huawei. I was given an iphone 11 earlier this year (so I can't verify the purchase) - that is the only reason I would have picked it. I don't like to be part of an Apple (or any other) infrastructure - so I said no to itunes but reluctantly accepted apple pay. It is ok as a phone - but no better than the less expensive androids I was using. It has a bunch of useful apps - but again their counterparts exist in the android world....Its camera is pretty good but the better cameras on android seem to me at least comparable (and I admit I'm not very demanding about picture quality - if I wanted that I would buy a decent camera). If that was all I would have given it at least 3 stars. But I have four major gripes. 1. Screen orientation. I have to struggle seriously at times to get the screen to orient itself in the way I want, involving all kinds of gymnastics with my arms and hands. I don't recall experiencing this kind of difficulty with the android phones I have used. 2. It seems to randomly scramble my SMS messages, so that messages that were sent to me around 2 years ago regularly appear in the first few messages in the list - among more recent ones. Now I may have not set some parameter correctly but I never had to do that on android and it time-sequenced the messages correctly. 3. It appears to hide files in some locations that are app specific. I downloaded some music using an app for transferring files between a computer and a phone and then went to find them using a music app. It was impossible. The only way I could play the music was to re-open the app I had downloaded them with and play from there. This is symptomatic of a general issue with the opaqueness of the file system. This illogical file structure may have been for security considerations but it causes much time-wasting. 4. And this is the worst problem, causing a lot of grief. I like to use a bluetooth headset (and I have several). If another headset is switched on while I am using one, the iphone will randomly switch to the other headset. This is at its worst when I start my car while wearing and using a bluetooth headset. The phone first switches to the hands-free system in the car (and I'm comfortable with that) but then after a few seconds it will switch to the handset (not the bluetooth headset) - and this is most uncomfortable as I have to stop the car to use it. Then it will randomly switch back to the headset and back finally to the hands free before repeating the process at what seems like random intervals of seconds to a few minutes. The only way I have of stopping this behaviour is to make sure the headset is physically turned off before I enter the car or I tell the phone to forget the device. As before, I don't recall having this kind of problem with the android phones. But it is a pretty phone and it was free.

iPhone 11 keeps sticking and can't get out of apps
paid a lot of money for this heap of crap, it keeps sticking on apps, it won't respond to touch change, it really is a lot of money for something that seems to have gone backwards. Very disappointing, they all say the camera is good, well then that is about it, the rest of the thing does not function properly
Warranty & Replacement Scam by Apple
Apple changed my near new iPhone11 Pro under warranty, with a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro unit. It’s not a new phone replacement under the warranty period. It’s a refurbished unit. It was explained to me today that the refurbished unit is built from 2nd hand parts and sent out for warranty swap overs.
After an outlay of 1950$ for the new phone. Apple replaces under warranty with a refurbished iPhone 11 Pro with a unit @ 890$ in the change over doc I signed today at the Apple store.
What a scam Apple! You should be pulled up on this by the ACCC.
Purchased in April 2020 at JB Hifi Home for $1,950.00.
As an iPhone owner since the very first model I am seriously considering going to Android.
I shudder to think how many business opportunities this phone has cost me. It constantly reduces the ringer volume to zero and I have missed countless calls as a result. All the research I do to try to rectify this unacceptable fault results in nothing. Many many people are suffering the same frustration and Apple seem to be silent about a widespead problem. Please do your homework before spending $2500.00 on a very unreliable phone.

Brillant phone would recommend an upgrade from anthing befrore iphone x. Much faster and better performance and nice camera for taking pictures and videos, much much clearer and better quality

Camera quality is crisp and clear - we use it for our business advertising and pamphlets. Display is vibrant and clear. I use my mobile for listening to music as well as all the day to day usages, including operating my business. Apps run very smoothly.
