It's old,a little battered but it's my iPhone 11 and I won't be replacing it anytime soon. It takes exellent pictures/videos,has lasting reliabilty with all its use,and a nice phone to handle. this phone. I am unable to extend the ring back to 30 seconds, it only rings 4 times. My smart watch no longer has efficient connection and receiving messages, but worst of all my battery drains every day even when I do not use the phone, and much worse if I actually talk to anyone on the phone. I have my settings set to only my basic needs and do not use the phone for watching any video clips. I only use my phone for SMS and phone calls and very rarely any other service. The updates were implemented without any consideration on how it may affect older phones and destroying efficient services. Is this a ploy to make us buy a new phone?

help until it’s “shows” to be below 80%, I remember it was this benchmark they told me. The phone then broke down in December 2022 and Apple gave me a "factory re-manufactured phone" as a replacement. They said it's been vigorously tested to be in the same quality as a brand new phone. The whole process took a couple of weeks and I received it in early January 2023. But... Within 2 months time, the phone broke again, Yes Apple, shame quality as a brand new phone? It first totally black out overnight, no matter what I did, it remained black. it's just dead. I contacted Apple, they said it’s software issue, and used tricks to revive it. It then broke again, with a dark grey screen and blurry fonts in white that makes my eye sore and hard to read. It then had multiple layers of visions on the screen. It's now just a few days until my Apple Care expires. I called apple support, and they confirmed it's hardware issue. And they offered to give me another factory re-manufactured phone which they again said it's been tested as having the same quality as a brand new phone. I feel it's a total disgrace for Apple to repeat their lies to the same person, without worrying that the person already knows it’s a lie. Just because we are weak and don't have powers, they can easily repeat their lies again and fool us. Each time the phone broke down, as you all can understand, it caused so much frustrations and wasted so much of my time dealing with it. My advices to you, if you don’t want to be in a similar situation as me, DO NOT buy an iPhone. It has a reputable brand name, but that’s about it, nothing more.

iphone 11 – It is a great phone. No issue after using for 3 years. My prior experience for phones are with ZOPO, Sony, Oneplus, they all get overheated and lag after 1 year, severe battery draining, and eventually slowly dies at the end of the 2nd year. Happy with my refurbished iPhone – I’ve had my refurbished iPhone 11 for only a few weeks but so far I’m happy with this product. Delivery arrangements were very satisfactory considering potential delays during the Christmas/New Year period.

iPhone stopped working after 4g network – I purchased an a iPhone 11 in August 2024 and my phone is not compatible now and has stopped working. I have reached out the Rebello no contact as yet. I use this phone for work so really upset that rebello has not contacted me. It’s such a concern that 000 calls may not work . I am not sure why rebello will not reply to my messages there is also no phone number to call . So I have a $400 phone that does not work. Show details

face up in the sun on the road…. Surprisingly it wasn’t smashed but it was boiling hot to touch. I contacted APPLE help and they were fantastic. Ended up at the APPLE store in Robina Town Centre but I was told that the phones back camera/ID recognition was fried. I do have the selfie camera at the front though. Summery for this iPhone is I loved it! Great size, great cameras, good functions…. Wish they still had this one available as I’m not that keen on the newer iPhones…too big. Will look around for a second hand IPhone 11 instead….

Great phone, no problems! – I’ve owned iPhones for many years, and when my trusty 6S was stolen in the US, I bought a new iPhone 11. It was a big step up, in speed, and battery life. I used to upgrade every year, but stopped with the 6S, as I didn’t notice a great difference from the 6, so stopped the year ritual. The difference between the 6S, and 11 was light years! Love it, works for me! – Love this phone! It’s not a huge screen like my last one! It does all it needs to do. I’m not one to upgrade every year, I find the camera great, the 64gb is plenty for my needs. I like taking photos and quite often have thousands on my phone with no need to save any to the cloud!
