Apple gets all of this right. Not just "okay", or "tolerable", or "fine for consumers". No! They get it RIGHT. They do everything as-if you were on a Hollywood cinema shoot. You get Dolby Vision, 10-bit recording, high dynamic range, wide gamut, and more without ever having to think about any of that. It just "works".

I got this phone so I could take photos and videos of my baby boy, and boy has it delivered! The videos are absolutely jaw-dropping. Up there with professionally shot videos I see on TV or YouTube, but with essentially zero effort from me. Press record, press stop, and that's it. It's like magic.

Anyone who isn't colourblind has been woved by the videos I've taken, and I've taken no special effort. Just point and shoot.

It's technology beyond magic.
