Great phone – I received the phone from Phonebot but it wasn’t fully wiped, still had apps on it. Once I worked out how to fully delete everything and moved everything from my old phone over to my new one, I’ve got nothing to complain about. Satisfied with size of the phone, the quality Like New. Downloading apps problem – I purchased this phone because of its reviews, the size of screen and because I liked my other IPhone. wifi back on and then going through everything on the device so it doesn’t ping or make noises through the night, re set Face ID, and every other setting. Yes that worked, once, this week I wanted to download something else, no go, rang support, still my problem but have to reset the phone again. Am I happy about this very expensive toy which was my mistake for buying, no, will I endorse this phone, no, will I buy another one, no Keep your money, if Apple cannot work out what is wrong with their product then they should pull it so people don’t get caught with a lemon.
