response from Brad to say "no problem". Brad asked for me to send the 14 case back in the padded envelope it came in marked RTS, which I did. When the new case arrived the following week, I wanted to make sure I put it on properly. I know, rocket science, eh? But contacted Brad again and he sent me a “how to” video which I followed and it fits perfectly and looks great. I would honestly have no hesitation in purchasing any future orders with New Case. The old saying “the customer is always right” doesn’t seem to apply to me. Responses from them were quick, patient and wanting the outcome I needed. Excellent.

iPhone 14 Plus - must have! – The IPhone 14 Plus has all the features you didn’t even know you needed. I upgraded from an 8 plus and the increase in features is phenomenal. I recently went overseas and considered purchasing a camera for photos, but the camera quality on this phone is of such high standard that you don’t need to. This included photos at night and of landscapes. Everything else has run smoothly throughout my usage also. Show details
I phone 14 plus – Apple's backup service is very poor, i had two issues with the camera within 12 months. Optus was no help either. I always usede apple, but no more, whiched to TCL Phone way cheaper and good. Show details
Spend 0ver $2000 and you don't get a wall charger – I have just purchased the IPhone 14 Plus from Telstra. It arrived very quickly but when I opened the box there is no wall charger. It stinks that you pay Apple over $2000 for a mobile phone and they cant supply a $30 dollar wall charger. Very satisfied with the phone. Extremely dissatisfied that there is no charger.
Love the phone not the ad ons – Telstra guys seem more interested in trying to sell you ad ons than the phone ??? Guess that’s s where their $$ are? Show details
