cameras made a huge difference. (having seen the results from other cameras)

What I was hoping for in the upgrade: - longer battery life (without getting super hot) - better camera and options with the camera

What I got: I don't see much difference in the speed of the actual device, the battery is lasting (but have to be careful how many apps I have open as it does run down, I generally get a day with some of the day spent plugged in) The camera is better and has some good functions. I wouldn't say it blew me away with the features, but it is better. I particularly like the portrait function, and the quick zoom feature. Night time i still have trouble with, definitely not point and shoot to get best results. It is better, but my sister's non-Apple phone still does better at nighttime.

Terrible device – I purchased a new Apple 14 MaxPro phone and only after using it for two months started experiencing recurring issues with functionality. responsive after the screen has gone into locked mode. I have to repeatedly press side buttons to get the phone to respond. It simply freezes randomly and will not function. I have raised this complaint with Apple Store on 4 separate occasions and each time the issue was suppose to have been “fixed”. Upon the 4th presentation I was advised to go to Vodafone for assistance. I was informed that Apple is unable to verify this issue, even though I also supplied a video recording of the issue taking place. Upon presenting to the Vodafone store I was told that I can be offered a “refurbished” phone as replacement, even though i purchased a band new phone, paid over $2,000 for it, and the issue is arising through no fault of my own. Both Apple and Vodafone are refusing to take responsibility for a phone that has been sold to me and that clearly has a fault within it! Shameful behaviour and a warning to all other customers. I don’t know what has happened to Apple but it is certainly a far cry from what it was and what customers were previously able to expect in relation to product and service quality.

Perfect upgrade from iPhone 11 – If you have anything newer than a iPhone 11 don’t worry about upgrading. It’s not worth the coin. Not much in terms of features. It camera protruding does make it risk of breaking the lense Cover. Having said that I am happy with it. Show details

Great upgrade from an iPhone 7 Plus – I absolutely love my new iPhone 4 Pro Max! I upgraded from the 7Plus after 6 years & it's the best thing I did. Transferring my apps & photos was a breeze. The camera & all its extra features are amazing. It has a fantastic battery life. I love that I can use Face ID for extra security & peace of mind. Good phone but stuck sometimes then I have to google to find solution – I am a regular iPhone user since 2010 and change my model every two years. I start using iPhone 14 max pro when it arrives in market but it have a constant problem of being stuck to one screen and I can’t get out of that until I find some solution from you tube. Excellent experience – Very satisfied so far. Phone arrived quickly in excellent condition with battery health of 98%, well about the 80% minimum it said. It’s my second phone through reebelo. It’s super fast with the practical, everyday apps and with many new and distinct features worth exploring for iPhone converts. Personally, my view is that the two phones are incomparable, and the after sales service that Apple offers second to none!
