New iPhone 16 constantly overheating and draining battery. Tried all the suggested work around as and got the run around from apple. So bad that you can’t get refund on an apple product when it’s an obvious lemon.

Way too many clicks to apply . The Apple I Phone Pro Max is wayyyvto expensive for common people. I would give the phone an 8 out of 10.

iPhone 16 pro Max 2025 - The nightmare began when trying to transfer from my iphone13 promax (which I love) it took hours - then no messenger messages transferred, nor did calendar events etc. The worst problem is battery life - absolutely appalling. it’s 2 weeks later and overnight it loses 8% with no use, then barely lasts 6 hours with minimal use and on power save mode. If I had it over again, I would never ever consider this phone ever - please do yourself a favour and do not buy this phone if you want a decent battery life

Just upgraded to the iPhone 16 and already having some issues. despise this useless product. My keyboard has all the features ON but the dumb thing can’t do spellcheck or predictive spelling is somewhere from Mars. Every time I try typing text I have to do it manually. Hate is a strong word but I do hate this Apple. Not worth the money we are being taken for a ride! Ps. No difference between version 15. Camera and microphone are very bad ppl constantly telling me to send another video as it’s blurry????!!! Or they can’t hear me????!!! What is Apple doing I really don’t know?! Not worth the money.
Added 15/3/25 Bluetooth headphones don’t connect automatically either so I have physically click on settings to get them connected. However the earphones don’t work (they are new and work with other devices) when on WhatsApp video call or FaceTime call!!!!!!
Camera - I can’t see that it’s better than in iPhone 15.
Typing messages - screen is ‘jumpy’ while typing text. Often can’t see what’s been written at the beginning of a specific text since the screen seems to appear out of matching. What a nightmare the biggest rip-off!!!!!!!

Dumb iPhone suddenly the screen went greyish during a conversation on FaceTime. It went almost dark after o e minute FaceTime and the phone got all of sudden extremely hot. can’t adjust it under Display and Brightness as it’s already 100% and the battery is at 83%. I want to smash the this dumb piece of junk! #apple #iphone

Now, the issues keep coming: I noticed a few different outlook inboxes suddenly showing emails from myself to myself are blocked. See the photo below. I haven’t blocked my own emails. This nonsense is just unbelievable. You need to be attending fixing all the errors full time with this useless dumb iPhone 16!!!!!!!
Also I’m amazed at the level of intelligence of iPhone spellcheck. Photo attached re a word “apologise” in the context: … “I apologise….” Which I had to retype manually a few times as there was no help from iPhone’s spellcheck. I’m wondering if iPhone is doing everything possible to have you to use your voice which is NOT my preference! Ps. I have all my options set ON for a predictive text etc. what an ongoing nightmare with this phone. I hate this piece of junk!
21/5/25 update Calendar invitations and setting up a new meeting crashed, changing any details of accepting invitations keep showing as still unfinished which suggest the invitation has not been accepted. While it has twice or three times causing confusion and look very unprofessional. What a nightmare with this expensive and useless device. I keep wondering are those phones only good to make a phone call and nothing else?! Again the spellcheck with all options chosen and turned on it’s still a piece of junk.
25/5/25 Maps suck. Photo attached. Tried to find a long distance between chosen city in Poland and Sydney australia and chose airplane as transport. No this “intelligent “ piece of software can’t perform a basic search but old iPhones could. Btw the spellcheck didn’t not correct australia with a capital letter A. All features are ON but not working. Months of using the phone and I really feel like smashing it against a concrete!!!!! Ps I’m wondering when Apple will show interests and comment on all the above.

Best iPhone by far – Best phone I’ve ever had!!! The technology in this phone is phenomenal! This is another honest review. Expensive but worth every penny. don’t find myself using it. The cameras are fantastic. 5 optical zoom and 25 digital on a phone that is so clear. Plus loads more camera settings. Unbelievable! Very happy with this purchase. Apple intelligence is cool but needs more improvement which will come over time. Bit clunky at the moment. Screen brightness and clarity is excellent.

Loganholm Office works (closer to home) and Dino checked it out saying that an Apple key was needed to open it and I need to take it to an Apple Store.so off to Robina Apple (45min. Drive) to be told that they don’t know what an Apple Key is! And I need to make an appointment with an Apple Genius to check the phone out, so an appointment is made for 3 days time to drive back to Robina for this. They also said I could try going to Office Works Browns Plains and ask for replacement..I think this is fair as the phone cost me over $2000. And so far have not got anything except more expense running around to get what I have paid for!! Any comments? Don
