Apple cancelled our account and lost all our library – Apple have cancelled our TV account and we have lost all of our purchases! No explanation.

rubbish - never works through verification and drives me nuts !! – Ive had one for years and it's sign in process is impossible. I can easily download the films onto my laptop and watch them but the apple tv keeps asking for verification codes that offer no-where to type them in and I"m about to throw the damn thing in the bin.... I own alot of apple products and have done for many many years. This is their worst product by far and we owned it for 6 years and never... I mean never watched one single film on it as it doesn't friigin work.... Rubbish
