I placed order #24581 on March 8, 2026 and I still have not received it. I also emailed customer support several times and got no reply at all. This is very disappointing and unacceptable service. I paid AED 292.46, and since the order was never delivered and nobody is responding, I want an immediate full refund.
Very happy with the new satin undies I bought for my husband. Soft and sexy, he’s happy because I can’t keep my hands off him!

I'm normally an XL/38 in all pants/underwear, but went larger to 3XL based on wanting a comfy boxer-fit like in the Ares adverts. I tried one pair (over an XL fit pair of clean jocks just in case) and it was clear that these are not appropriately sized and closer to a Large in international standard sizing. Sizing needs a review as these are at least 2 sizes off the mark.
I immediatly messaged Ares, followed up twice more and got no responses forcing me to file a PayPal dispute 8 days later.
Avoid this dodgy seller that does not stand by their own guarentees and refund policy.

Scam, they sent briefs but they are not silk as advertised, even the label says nylon, and they won't respond afterwards.

This company is a total Scam- I ordered some underwear on the 21st Dec . It was logged in as a legitimate purchase on the SHOP app. Since then I have been trying to contact them - send them multiple emails- no response what so ever . Stay away - they are a scam
