Horrible shop. It takes weeks before they deliver and the quality is bad.
Zero stars, but I had to pick one, so I picked one. I ordered 3 and got 5 more free. They don’t fit. also do not honor their promise of a “30 Day Money Back Guarantee.” They told me I could receive an exchange or a 20% discount off a future purpose and said “We know you expected a different outcome based on the information on our website.” I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and to my credit card company. Their stated “Return Policy” is a total lie. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Contrary to their website, “second thoughts” leave you high and dry.
I should have checked more deeply. From my first view this site looked legit. No delivery, no sensible response, and all of this indicates mischief. So sad. Mike Show 3 replies
Follow-up · It turned out to be an Australian courier's delay. Items finally arrived, and I provided feedback to the vendor about its choice of couriers. Good high quality product. Will buy some more soon. But please use Australia Post when sending! Mike ,

instead of the 5 I ordered. Then weeks later when I said I want the 5 pair they said they won't off that and said they will give me a discount to buy more. I said im not buying more and they dont fit plus being out the money already spent. Almost 4 months later I still have no resolution. What a rip off company.
Follow-up · This is a follow up to my original post on the underwear. Its been almost 6 months and all I did was get a run around. Then they keep closing my tickets. The last thing they wanted me to pay to return them and then they would replace 2 pair of them. This company is a rip off and a joke. I would never recommend them.
I placed order #24581 on March 8, 2026 and I still have not received it. I also emailed customer support several times and got no reply at all. This is very disappointing and unacceptable service. I paid AED 292.46, and since the order was never delivered and nobody is responding, I want an immediate full refund.

I'm normally an XL/38 in all pants/underwear, but went larger to 3XL based on wanting a comfy boxer-fit like in the Ares adverts. I immediatly messaged Ares, followed up twice more and got no responses forcing me to file a PayPal dispute 8 days later.
Avoid this dodgy seller that does not stand by their own guarentees and refund policy.

This company is a total Scam- I ordered some underwear on the 21st Dec . It was logged in as a legitimate purchase on the SHOP app. Since then I have been trying to contact them - send them multiple emails- no response what so ever . Stay away - they are a scam
