Stupid design of on off switch for the hobs - snap off too easily non repairable – Bumped a switch - snapped the plastic control knob - all hob torsional controls are plastic and snap relatively easily - whereas Oven control mech is metal. Complete front dismantle rather than a keyed metal shaft replacement. Add to this that the front has been replaced once already due to the lettering coming off due to cleaning . Manufacturers recommendation - clean with water only. Obviously manufacturer doesnt actually cook anything ever .
