Would never recommend an Ariston product due to poor warranty and customer service – I bought this product 3.5 years ago for around $900 for domestic use only. Two weeks ago the control board on the washing machine started playing up without warning, which leads to the machine turning itself on and off, not completing a washing cycle and being stuck on a 3 hour cycle regardless of the setting chosen, rendering it pretty much useless until we get it fixed. When I called Ariston, they were unhelpful in terms of discussing the warranty, and seemed almost disinterested and unapologetic about the washing machine only being 3 years old, stating this same problem could happen to a 3 month old Ariston washing machine. They advised that it may be worthwhile for me to buy a new washing machine altogether, rather than fix the product, which is not helpful in terms of the age of the appliance, nor is it environmentally friendly. I would not recommend this brand for any appliances.

Shocking product and service – Broke within 12 months so was under warranty. 4 call outs and still not fixed they refuse to replace. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Please don't buy this product. I paid $780 for so expects better. I haven't had a working machine for 5 weeks now. They don't care about me at all. After service matters
