I needed to know if the TBH160 was rated for drop or rise (ie Could I turn the tow mount aeound?). Vernon came back to me super-quick - Great service.... and the good news - YES - It maintains it's rating in both directions - A solid piece of kit.

report detailing the damage, which I found difficult to obtain. I contacted ARC, who from photos and details I gave them provided me the necessary report. This is not the first time I have contacted ARK for advice - what an exceptional customer focused manufacturer and retailer. I cannot recommend these guys and their products high enough!!
