Too sugary and dry , poor taste too – These cookies are so sugary I felt sick eating them. They are also extremely dry , I think they are exactly the opposite of their name. Come on Arnotts why don't you try again , I want to snack right but these cookies are so bad

Another biscuit destroyed by arnotts – Have not had these for years so decided to try again Biscuit was 2.5 mm thick, hard as a rock, dry as a wood chip and I have had better tasting horse feed. Threw packet out and will never buy another Arnotts biscuit.

Arnott's Contempt for Customers – I find it sad but unsurprising that yet again, I find that Arnott's Pty Ltd are treating it's customers as gullible, unthinking cash dispensers. Arnott's latest insult to customers is perhaps, apart from changing every Arnott's product from what used to be the best, to something on par with the "no brand" cheap and nasty generic products available at every supermarket. Their "magic tricks" now include the ability to make a packet of biscuits to appear to hold the same amounts that they previously did, by using the trained magicians use of illusion. The packaging has been altered on most of the product range, from TimTams which now have a "buffer zone" in between each biscuit to make it appear that you are getting more than you actually are, by having little "walls" in between each biscuit. Now, the marketing"gurus" will tell you that this has been done to "protect the product" from damage during transport. Don't believe it for a second, the clear aim here is to make the package appear to hold more product than it actually does. In some of the range, such as the "Chocolate Scotch Fingers", all they've done is keep the old package, and just put less in! Again, they'll come up with some insulting to your intelligence reason, but the obvious outcome is that you're paying more for less product. Isn't that right, Mr Arnott's? To be fair, it's not just Arnott's that are doing this, most products you buy now are doing this, it's just been most obvious in the Arnott's product range. Corporate marketing is no longer about how to make the product more appealing to consumers, it's about trying to get more money for less product. Shameful, really.
