Sam has a great eye and gave me a lot of much-needed advice on colour choice and finishes. He also offers a great array of 'before and after' pics of his work that will give you a good idea of how things will turn out. The job was done quickly and with minimal impact on our household. Sam is a perfectionist and takes a lot of pride in his work: he finishes the job to the highest quality and there are no 'weird corners' or unfinished gaps. His process is meticulous and his entire M.O is to recreate your kitchen anew, right down to the finest details. He will offer solutions when there is a problem and his pricing structure is totally transparent. The overall price is extremely competitive. The best thing is, the guy you talk to about the job, is the guy who turns up to do the job. That's rare.

I took comfort in learning of Sam’s background in furniture restoration and the number of years he has been ‘in the business’, which spoke to both his qualifications as well as the very genuine passion Sam has for his work. The latter is clearly evident at every stage of the process, and Sam gave me confidence he cared as much about my home as I did.

Excellent painter and furniture restorer – Artistic Decor have just finished restoring my 30 year old Recycled Oregon kitchen. What a transformation!
