Great experience in Dickson ACT – Mojiba did external painting of my house at Dickson ACT following installation of new gutters and down pipes and other external maintenance. He responded quickly. The job was performed in a timely manner, neatly, without mess, and to a high standard. Moji provided good and accurate advice. I can recommend him.

We purchased the paint and made the site accessible. However then received notification from the Franchisee that he would not be doing the job at the time contracted or at any other time and the reason given was he now had plenty of other work. Contacted Jims and was advised that the contractor was within his rights to cancel. This is probably buried in Jims Ts and Cs, maybe not illegal but at best unethical. Advice; do not go anywhere near Jims Painting, there are plenty of alternates.

situation was that I asked him for additional identification seeing he was entering my home whilst I was going to be alone with him. He refused point blank !!!!! This was on the day of commencement. He had asked for my apartment key and I refused . I had given him a fob which accesses the building yet when I had asked for it back he refused and said he will return " my personal property only when I pay him !!!!! I found this extremely intimidating and threatining . I had asked him continuously over 10 times to give me my private property back and he kept refusing until I threatened him to call the police as I felt very unsafe !!!!! I had paid him $500 directly into his account and he did nothing but to patch half a dozen picture holes in the walls within 6 hours . After being conserned for my safety ( day 2 ) I had to demand he leave my premises !!!! He refused so at that point he was trespassing . I had to call on my building manager at that point. I had called " jims franchise on 2 x occasions . During the incident I had called them and explained what was occurring. I have since spoken with jessica the australian manager and intially she was very understanding and empathetic about the incident. I have since been advised that jims painting franchise will not pursue this matter any further. They have washed their hands and will not take any responsibility of the abusive and threatning behaviour of one of their franchisee towards a woman ( cleints ). As for jims services , do not use them !!!!!!! They do not support safe environments for women !!!!!!! Please , please , please do not use this franchise and this particular person .

Buyer do not use them – Buyer beware. Alex is a dishonest painter. I hired him for a renovation paint and he quoted me top $ not only did he not do a professional job but he also didn’t use the paint I paid for. Deluxe Wash & Wear. Staines all over and in the filters, also in all the internal toilet covers. He even drank my drinks 12 cans of soft drink from my fridge and never replaced them like he said. Don not use this guy, if you do you will have to get Jim’s involved to help and trust me that’s hard also. I am still waiting for 6 more sections to be confirmed after the warranty work due to the paint not being what I paid for. I could go on and on … and I will Alex didn’t even paid behind the Fridge, or behind my Plax which we had moved for him. Alex even damaged my wall and plasterboard trying to fix some skirting. He even left half of my French Door unstained… the woodwork was rough and had drips from the oil on all the woodwork, plus all the lines were wobbly and they had to be sanded back and repainted.

He is a liar and cuts every corner he can. I don’t want anyone else to suffer like I have. I should ad the photos, but I won’t, I do hope you readers take this review seriously.

Jim himself was happy not to complete the rest of the painting, due to the painter not using the paint I paid for. Shame on this brand and Jim doesn’t stand up for what’s right. He just told me to take it to court. Great brand Jim’s letting dishonest unprofessional people buy your franchise.

Reliable and great result – I've used the Adelaide franchisee twice over the last 12-18 months (first some doors then full internal). I found the usual service I expect from a Jim's franchise - respond quickly to inquiries, competitive pricing, turn up when they say they will, professional, and deliver a great result. Matt and his team know their craft and went over and above to deliver a beautiful result. I'll be using them again for the next job.

Farad is amazing! – He came on time. He did it on time. He was consistent with his quote. He did an excellent job. I never got to meet him face to face but he just got on with it. Extremely respectful and professional.

Great job – Sajad's painting was excellent for the 2 bedrooms and bathroom we had him quote for. The work was completed within 3 days and to our satisfaction.

Nothing too much trouble! – Dan super professional nothing too much trouble and provides accurate quote and can assist in mamy different areas of your garden and ground maintenance.

Sam and Amir- amazing team and fantastic job! – They were at my house at 9am on the dot and carried out some incredible work. They painted our internal doors and our French doors. Sam and Amir are a fantastic team, they are super professional and have excellent attention to detail. They are friendly and very hard working and make sure you are happy. allocated the jobs to two franchisees within twenty four hours and they were completed to my total satisfaction within the week. Both rated five star performance in my opinion and I was able to cross off two annoying DIY jobs that had me bluffed.

Prompt and caring – We had requested a quote for the painting of our home external and Internal. Sami did provide a quote that seemed to be reasonable but, we are at the moment having other issues that may prevent us from taking this any further waiting on Medical results. I have explained this to Sami and he is willing to wait until I next contact him.

Happy customer – High praise to Farad and his colleague Yosh who did a fantastic prep and paint job in our kitchen/living area. We felt the price for the job (considering the room size, patching etc that had to be done) was extremely reasonable. Both guys were very pleasant to deal with and completed the job in a day.
