that, according to its own specifications, wasn’t even suitable for decking. Unsurprisingly, the paint began bubbling and peeling just days after the job was finished.

We gave [Name Removed] the opportunity to fix it—he came back, only partially removed the paint, then abruptly decided he didn’t want to take responsibility and left the job incomplete. He also left our property in a complete mess.

We’ve now spent more than double the original cost trying to fix his poor workmanship, and are left with no choice but to initiate a fair trading complaint and legal action to recover the thousands we’ve lost. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

dislike painting like I do, then you will struggle to comprehend how Rod and his team display much pride and attention to detail in plying their trade. This time round we had the interior done and OBVIOUSLY requested the same team. Again we had the same quality of workmanship and frankly it was quite a pleasure having them around again the second time. Extremely accommodating to the point that you almost feel as though you're hindering them. Real pro's. P.S. Painting Cockburn in WA, specifically by Peyman and his team, and the results were extremely disappointing. The ceilings and edges were poorly finished, there was paint mess throughout various areas and nearby items in the home, sections were completely missed, and the walls did not appear to be prepped or sanded properly at all. For a brand‑new home and a well‑known franchise, this was incredibly disappointing. When we asked Peyman to return, he was initially defensive and argumentative despite the issues being obvious. He later agreed to fix them, but on inspection the second time, many problems were still not resolved and additional paint marks had been created on areas that were previously clean. At that point, we no longer trusted the quality of his work and did not feel comfortable allowing him to attempt further repairs. We escalated the issue with Jim’s Painting Cockburn and were told someone would contact us, but no one ever did. After paying $5,000, we have been left in limbo and will now have to pay again to have the work redone. Two independent professional painters have since confirmed that the original job was poorly completed. For a large franchise, the quality and accountability were far below expectations. I can only upload 10 photos here, but unfortunately there are many more examples of the poor workmanship.

He treated all the mold and had to patch some of the plaster of the ceiling as well and made the ceiling surface like brand new. terrific experience. Zahir and his team of painters could not have been more professional or obliging. They were on site before 7, including on Saturdays by arrangement, for the 12 days of the job. Zahir seldom left before dark tidying up to ensure we suffered only minimal disruption. The work they produced on a near three-decade old building that had not been painted since new is exceptional. The detail of the filling, preparation, and care in the application has given the building a new life––in fact the building looks new. Project Manager Max was on top of things throughout. Nicky in admin deserves a special mention for going the extra yard to get us going.
