that, according to its own specifications, wasn’t even suitable for decking. Unsurprisingly, the paint began bubbling and peeling just days after the job was finished.

We gave [Name Removed] the opportunity to fix it—he came back, only partially removed the paint, then abruptly decided he didn’t want to take responsibility and left the job incomplete. He also left our property in a complete mess.

We’ve now spent more than double the original cost trying to fix his poor workmanship, and are left with no choice but to initiate a fair trading complaint and legal action to recover the thousands we’ve lost. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.

dislike painting like I do, then you will struggle to comprehend how Rod and his team display much pride and attention to detail in plying their trade. This time round we had the interior done and OBVIOUSLY requested the same team. Again we had the same quality of workmanship and frankly it was quite a pleasure having them around again the second time. Rochele team who looked after us, Painters Gary and Phoenix and Project Manager, Steve. These guys were thoroughly professional, keeping us advised of the work schedule (in person and electronically) and delivering a really first-class result. This included working around some tricky hard to access areas, like boundary fences, but nothing proved too difficult. They were especially helpful with color choices we needed to make and were happy to answer questions about paint quality and work progress. It is hard to find tradespeople who deliver what they promise now days, but these guys are old school and did exactly what they were contracted to do; they took pride in their work and were a pleasure to deal with. From start to finish this has been a good experience for us and at a very competitive price. We would recommend these guys without hesitation.
