This oven has given us nothing but trouble – The oven consistently stopped working for over a year. The repairman replaced different parts, the door seal, the thermal switch, the fan. It took several visits before the issue was resolved. This evening we were cooking some roast chicken and the oven door exploded. DO NOT BUY ANY ARTUSI OVEN.

Beware of glass shattering – We have had a terrible experience with the Artusi AFG900x . 4 months ago the glass door just exploded whilst cooking a roast. We called Artusi and had a new glass door delivered and had to use their recommended installer to replace costing over $600. We only use once a week and about a month ago whilst opening the handle came off shattering the glass again (see attached photo how short the thread is on screw ) Called both installer and Artusi who blame each other and state they only have a 4 week warranty !! You spend a lot of money for what should be a quality product but isn’t. Wish we had have read other feedback in regards to glass shattering. We aren’t the only ones

Unreliable – Purchased this freestanding Gas Cooker the 70cm width - which was more expensive than the 90cm. I used it 4 times before it exploded. The glass door smashed whilst cooking a roast dinner. The exterior of the oven was scorching hot to touch. The company refused to replace the oven despite glass being throughout the external oven where I couldn't clean out and other issues. Took over a month to come out to me or to even reach an agreement on how to move forward. Overall - not a happy purchase for the money spent- and time will tell whether it will last another 4 uses. Would not recommend at all.
