I got my delivery today. All the cans are smashed. I told them i want a refund on everything as i do not trust there products. There saying that they have to put in a claim with Australia post when u clearly can see they put junk in the box. They expect me to carry the box to the post office when i paid for delivery
Absolutely crap I ordered 2x 400g tins of chrysanthemum tea and after the transaction went through i wasn't charged for the chrysanthemum tea at all. Some Cornetto icecream and some Wrigley's gum [Content Removed]. Not eat I ordered. Then had the audacity to charge me $9.30 for shipping for a stupid icecream and gum- which I didn't order. This company's a scam stay away from them if you have SNY SENSE AT ALL. SCAM SCAM SCAM
I ordered legend coffee. I payed for express post. I received my package within 2 days and exactly what I ordered. The service and communication was excellent. Show reply
Placed an order for 2.5 Kg of Coffee. Having had issues with delivery addresses in the past made sure the correct delivery address put into the order. Fir some reason, probably related to their shipping software a wrong address put on the parcel. Contacted them when the parcel did not arrive. Told Not our scope. Tough luck. Poor customer service... I will not deal with them again.. first and last order – Even if we pay for home delivery, the Company who they choose do not deliver stuff to homes. Instead, they sending it to a collection point. When i informed this issue they did not even try to solve it. Instead asking me to go and collect.

My worst internet shopping experience – This business has a serious communication problem. I did not receive the 200 grams parcel from Asian pantry for which I have paid $11 postage. Australia Post delivered the parcel to the sender. There must have been something wrong with the label. Asian pantry acknowledged they received the package and asked me to pay again for shipment. for a picture of the parcel and the one I have received had only their address and my delivery ID number, but not my name or address. Since then, all the communication stoped and their server is not accepting my emails. No one is ever answering the phone and the calls are cut off by them. One phone number listed , 0492368239, is not valid. Someone send me an sms to inform me that the business is closed and / or changed number. Australia Post told me they can’t do anything until they are contacted by the business but [Name Removed] , the one who asked me to pay again for the delivery and who told me he will keep me posted about his dealing with the courier, is not answering my emails.
I do not believe I am the first customer to whom this is happening. This not how a legitimate business works. I wouldn’t recommend them at all, despite some discounted prices.

Sendle Delivery - Never Use Them – Purchased 17 Sept still not received 13 Oct Ordering through asianpantry was easy, However! The delivery company sendle that they use is useless! release the goods, yet still nothing done. This was over a week ago, so I’ve had to launch my own investigation. Order was 2x cups ghost pepper noodles and 1x 5pk buldak spicy noodles. I’m in AU and this is a gift for my nephew so he can try the challenge. Hence why I didn’t just buy em at the shops. Never ever using them again.

I will never shop with them again – I often order with them and give them tips. All were good until this order, I ordered 2 big tub of curry (1kg), but received 2 small (400g) tub. Contacted them via email but no reply. Very disapointed that they ignored their customer. I will never shop with them again.

Disappointing Return Cost Policy that is not covered by the business – I thank the email team who give prompt response which I am very much appreciated. However, I am very disappointed at the service post delivery. Firstly, I was given a dented item in my order which I have to accept that the can food is safe to be consumed. bare the delivery cost for returning a damaged item. In this case, I have chosen not to spend extra delivery cost for the replacement or refund. It's very disappointed. I will definitely not returning to Asian Pantry for any purchases in the future.
Follow-up: Managing Director of Asian Pantry called the next day after i posted this review, claiming misinterpretation of messages between colleague causing the situation above. Now that they are processing refund without me returning the dented can.

Shipping cost is misleading – Even though shipping cost states max of 20kg, it increases every time you add a product even if total weight is less than 20kg. Very misleading shipping charges.

Great for hard to find ingredients – Fantastic range of asian grocery essentials plus hard to find instant noodles and snacks. You can find everything from Soy Sauce to Chopsticks. Shipping was incredibly fast, even under lockdown. Show reply
