Worked for 2 weeks – Purchased this $3000 dishwasher in Black Friday sales to prepare for entertaining extended family over Christmas. Dishwasher door was dented on delivery and dishwasher worked for 2 weeks before throwing major errors, flooding our kitchen floor. Ineffective communication with service department throughout December meant no service arranged until January. Service indicated major component had failed and a repair was suggested, with parts taking more than 2 weeks to arrive.

I have requested a replacement dishwasher from service department, considering the type of fault and amount of time brand new dishwasher actually functioned but they are unable to provide a resolution or timeframe.

Asko was a reliable brand … our last dishwasher lasted 12 years without missing a beat, but after this experience I would avoid Asko at all costs in the future.
