OVERPRICED RUBBISH – Asko came with glowing recommendations from near everyone I know so when building our forever home we forked out $2099 of our hard earned money on what was supposed to be the best dishwasher on the market. 3 days after install the first machine displayed an F56 message, we rang ASKO and as this fault couldn’t be fixed they sent a replacement.... The replacement came and was clearly not a new one as it had water inside, screws missing as well as the door being dented in several spots and rusty. We should have refused the machine then and there, however made the mistake of still installing it. Since this time, we have had nothing but trouble! The machine does the absolute worst job of cleaning dishes out of any dishwasher I have ever owned so I’m continually having to also hand wash afterwards and the top basket continually drops down causing the door not to shut properly. Asko have been out 3 times since to “fix” it but it’s still no better, furthermore they have drilled into my kitchen cupboards that many times to reinstall the unit it’s permanently damaged them an absolute eyesore from the inside. It is honestly the biggest piece of overpriced rubbish I have ever had the displeasure of owning.

Awful product and company service – Just over 12 months old and electrical circuit has blown. Chose asko due to the fact I thought it was a global reputative brand which I could trust and have had nothing but problems. Still under warranty but has lost by trust in the companies reputation. furthermore the Asko Service centre has been unprofessional in regards to assisting in getting this item repaired. Haven’t received any feedback in regards to the progress of the repair and it’s been two weeks. When I have chased this up there was a lot of confusion about the progress of the service and excuses about my location being out of the normal asko service area, their email system being down and long winded explanations about the procedure for service repairs which is of no benefit to my knowledge! definitely need a better system for service repairs and one that identifies whether there is progress on the services instead of waiting for customers to get angry and ring and complain. Have spent so much money which I’m regretting now should have just bought a cheaper dishwasher and not have had to deal with these issues.

Amazing wash , dry and best of all amazing stacking capabilities – Love the stacking in this dishwasher, oven trays sit upright, baskets are very durable compared to may last dishwasher. Super quiet, DRIES THE BEST compared to my last dishwasher ( Bosch ). Looking forward to a long and trouble free relationship with my favourite kitchen appliance.
