So disappointed with this machine's inflexibility for loading. Sure you can fit 12 or 14 large wine glasses, but if they are small they are not secure. To place chefs knives theres 2 niches that are obscured once bowls are in, so you have to unload them when adding the knives. Worst of all is that theres no options to restrain small items other than the cutlery basket. We've added a wire basket to use for small dishes, jar lids, long utensils etc but this has reduced the capacity for crockery. The machine is quiet and cleans well, even the cutlery, but is so annoying to stack compared to our old Electrolux.
