Rental – Annette , the properties manager at ASL Real Estate has been wonderful. She has been an exteremly nice, cooporate and accomodating property manager. I and some of my friends are currently renting properties from ASL Real Estate and Annette has been very friendly. I definetly recomend ASL Real Estate for rental or buying and selling properties matters.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! – My partner rented through this company for 6 months with no issues , but geez when it comes to moving out getting your bond back, it is a lengthy drawn out process. Ignores phone calls, emails are not returned. Over 3 weeks since keys were returned and still no bond. When you do hear from them, they request money from your bond for items that are maintenance and wear and tear! They don't care about tenants they just wait until you move out and make your life so stressful. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional property management at ASL !
Disgraceful, unprofessional and incompetent – After applying to view a property rental, completing an application requiring sensitive, personal information to be uploaded, sending several online messages and texts to the property manager without one response to any of enquires to view or how to proceed during lockdown with securing this rental. Today I called and asked the property manager at Kew why he hadn’t had the courtesy to respond to any of the several enquires made. He had the audacity to tell me that there wasn’t anything he could do about it asked me twice why I didn’t have anything better to do then told me that he had better things to do before hanging up! Unprofessional, slack, Inefficient and incompetent. As a property owner and tenant I would given them any star except emphasise all of the above!
Unprofessional, uneducated & money hurgry idiots – A rookie will have better knowledge & experience than the combine knowledge of the ashole (asl) team! Stay away from this con artists!
If you're a good tenant look elsewhere – If you are good tenant be prepared for really poor service once you have signed up. Phone calls may get returned after you have chased the property manager 2 or 3 times. My tip is use email then you have a written record of every request and also the response. The property would have to be really special for me to deal with them again.
