Also get a few serves into it and prepare for a visit to Fart-City!, a very gas producing product, ouch. My opinion my be wrong and you love it ans see mega gains and all sort of stuff happening to your body, it just wasn't my thing, a real shocker compaered to 13 other sups I have tryed that are whey protein based. overpriced and not pleasant to drink.
