down from a work hard/play hard world to a sedentary world, low mobility, high pain. Surgery helped a bit in but I've been plagued with IBS/digestive issues for what feels like nearly my entire adult life.

Coupling all this with a forced retraining from labour intensive income to a high stress licenced professional job - Surprisingly it still took about 10 years for my body to just say stop/enough you idiot. Along the way I found Dr Amy Lee - and I have been taking NUCIFIC (when I remember to take it) for nearly 2 years. This product definitely, undoubtedly has assisted in digestive health. It does as advertised.

I don't have unrealistic expectations on this product - its an aid - help you kick start back to where your body and digestive system should be - you still need to be sensible and take that helping hand and make the most of it. If you want more assist - start adding a quality MCT oil into your daily food/drinks too.

biox4. I had tried other probiotics and none ever did what biox4 has done. My stoma used to seem dry which I knew wasn’t good but I drank many carbonated waters and believe that played a part. Well after taking biox4 it became full of mucous and I began to have normal bowel movements. My intestines also changed color from darker red to bright red and just seemed healthier over all. I had no idea my intestines were in need of something specific to help them make the mucous they needed, until I did research and found this product and began taking it. Another huge issue that I had was bloating, gas, and major diarrhea with any dairy product. And now I have none! I took a drink of milk one day because I love it and was worried I would regret it but nothing happened so tried a little more and nothing and had a whole cup and nothing! So my gut went from horrible to absolutely normal with these pills. I can also eat lots of other foods I never used to be able to. So overall these make a huge difference if u take daily. I take 3-4 a day and that works for me. I even got my sis to start taking them cus she has ibs and she became normal as well. But she only takes 1-2 a day and that’s good enough for her. So it depends on the person. I can even skip a day but try not to because I want to stay in the good zone lol. Anyway hope my review helps others to give these a try. Valid product – All I can say is I have lost 16 lbs in 4 weeks or less. No side effects. The product does what it says it does. I feel safe taking it. happened. I feel so sad as I read so many reviews before purchasing that had great weight loss results but not for me. I counted calories and also did intermittent fasting. I feel hopeless as I bought this after being scammed by the Apilean craze thought I had found a weightloss solution in Bio-X4. Throughly disappointed.

Feeling full faster – I take a pill about 20 minutes prior to eating, with about 10-12 ounces of water. I’ve noticed, considerably, that I feel full much faster.
