Very hard to use – How does it get 3+ stars? Looks good for oldies, very sturdy, big buttons but very difficult to use. I could not master text, smart phone much easier to use. I was going to donate to Op Shop but will probably not be doing them a favour. Show details
great phone :)) – Its what you'd expect when u get a flip phone. I like the design, love that its Aussie made and it has really helped me to get off my smart phone and focus on more important things. #dotheflip Show details
Plain basic phone – This simple non smart phone does a good job. It was purchased for me as a Christmas present, my choice of phone, I'm sick to death of Smart phones owning me and listening to conversations near the phone. It does what phones are meant to do, make and receive calls and text messages. Although, text messaging is a pain the typing options are… Read more
unreliable, T9 is as useless as t*** on a Bull. The music player will not save playlists. The manual in inaccurate in many ways. Contacting Aspera about issues I had was solved quickly and explained fairly well, except the playlist issue, maybe a different music player in future updates, like Pulsar or Bits MP3. Get rid of Facebook and Whats app or allow some way for us to uninstall them please.
Phone challenging to navigate/Service excellent – I find the phone very challenging to operate, functionality is not possible. Deletes all sms's not just the one I want gone. Scrolling to get to the call or sms or function relevant is a wade and the light grey background when offered a choice is not easy to see. I was unable to hotspot or figure out how to hotspot so called Aspera who put me on… Read more
to their service people who tried to help but still no go. They sent me the postage paid info and although did not communiciate outcome or returning it to me I had it back within two weeks. They could not find any faults but alas I still cannot connect to internet or work out how to simplify functions. Currently looking for a replacement....too frustrating for me.
Aspera customer service is terrible, almost as bad as their phones – Had a legitimate warranty issue with my almost new phone- Aspera said they 'might' fix it, if I send it to them, and I 'might' get it back within a month!- It's my business phone= they couldn't care less. Told me they cannot even lend me a phone while mine is getting fixed- they make phones!. Customer service was terrible. BTW; the phone is… Read more
garbage (I want a refund, not a replacement); the touch screen is awful- cant even accept / end calls more than 50% of the time. The camera is a joke, rarely even focuses properly, difficult to use, slow to charge= STAY AWAY FROM ASPERA PHONES... they are garbage, and their customer service is non-existent.
New to mobile phones – I am in my 80's - new to using a mobile phone - this phone is great for "oldies". Needed a "button" phone and not a "touch phone". Suits me for my limited use = calling and receiving phone calls
