An extremely 'interesting' NDIS accommodation investment scheme which should be avoided at any cost. Almost all investors lose the majority of their investment due to believing the grandiose promises of high returns from 'government backed' properties specially built to comply with NDIA high care provisions. None of this is true ... properties are not fully compliant, tenants are rarely supported, (mis)management fees are extortionate, communication is virtually non-existent, partner companies have highly questionable histories and the chairman is even more interesting (see Michael West Media). At least 14 properties have gone to fire sale with 75% investor losses, and those properties have been recycled through a business associated with Assetora.
