After about a month it started getting stuck on the tiles, as didn't have grunt to move over grouting after first month or so. very disappointing. A Toy!! What a waste of money!! I am furious I paid $135 AUD for this rubbish!! – It picked up nothing!! It was charged by a usb plug and the compartment that the dust went into was no bigger than a cigarette box at best! Dust is at best all it picked up, no strong suction whatsoever. When the product arrived, you wouldn't believe that the total weight of the packed vacuum cleaner was only 828 grams. When I unpacked the parcel, I just found really typical Chinese product with no charging adaptor. Any way I used my old adaptor to charge it and started using it. You wouldn't believe it didn't pick most of the dirt from the floor. It even stopped moving after reaching to the skirting board.

As per the claim on their website, I immediately sent my email requesting them to refund my money as I was not satisfied with the product. First of all, they asked me to send the photos to prove why I wanted to return it. When I referred to their website that within 14 days, company wouldn't ask any question and refund the money 100%. She offered me to give me discount of 15%. When I continuously insisted to refund my money, offer reached to 50%. When I didn't accept that, she stopped replying to my email and now I cannot contact them at all.

Alert ! Please don't buy any product from this website ! Its similar to the chinese virus which is still destroying the world economy !

No wifi connectivity, no mopping function, no infa red (just 3 little lights, lol), not programmable, does not vacume and the vacume is not driven buy a rotating brush connected to the wheels. Brought myself a Eufy robovac S11 for $219 and am very happy with it and it's performance.
