I've had my ebike for 6 months now and it's been great. I basically haven't done any maintenance other than pumping the tires and it's still just as smooth and quiet as day 1. And Will is always helpful if I have any questions.
I spent months comparing e-bikes before buying the Auren EV5. I looked at some of the big European brands and also a lot of cheaper online options. The premium bikes were hard to justify financially, while the cheaper bikes spec sheets didn't cut it for me. The Auren felt like the sweet spot. The ride quality is solid, the automatic feel is amazing if you have never tried an automatic ebike before. You should check out the spec sheet, I'm genuinely impressed at the price point for a spec sheet like this.
Completely changed my commute! Used to dread cycling to work and would only do it once a fortnight. Now I cycle almost every day and love it. It is so much faster and the bike is always dependable and smooth. The built in lights are a big plus as I used to always forget to charge them.
