The DiroDi Rover generally receives overwhelmingly positive feedback from consumers who highlight its robust build, powerful motor, and ability to make daily commuting or family outings enjoyable. While a small subset of buyers encountered logistical challenges with delivery timelines or initial order processing, the overall sentiment remains high regarding product performance and customer support responsiveness. Prospective buyers should consider the substantial weight and size of the vehicle, but most owners consider it a worthwhile investment for personal transport.
Incredibly happy with my Gen 6 bike! So convenient for running around the neighborhood, going to the shops, dropping and picking kids up. Highly recommend, especially with the price of petrol these days! Show reply
To date (almost 12 months) our 2 Rovers have been excellent and have required no maintenance or repairs. One of the bikes has copped regular floggings from 2 heavy 30 year olds bashing through dirt tracks and has had no issues or failures. I would certainly recommend the DiroDi Rover for ease of use and durability. Show reply
We purchased our Dirodi Rover as we had heard good reviews on them and we weren't disappointed. It is a great bike for my twin girls to get around on. It is so easy to use and I love the fact I can change speeds/functions etc straight from the settings on the screen. We love our Dirodi Rover and may even get another one down the track. Highly recommend these bikes. Show reply

Good service and good bike! Love riding my with the kids, pretty expensive but you can defiantly tell there's no cheap materials been used to make it. Show details
I purchased the Derodi Rover 6.1 Plus for my 14-year-old daughter about a year ago, and it’s been an absolute delight. She loves it, and we’ve had zero complaints. The Rover has proven to be extremely reliable with more than enough power, excellent safety features, and a robust battery. The quality really stands out, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone willing to invest a little more for exceptional performance. Show details
It’s a great bike and I use it to ride forest trails for work. Fits inside my hiace van and gets plenty of klms before a recharge Show details
Awesome product and the team were very helpful with a stressed out mum trying to assure delivery by Christmas Day. Show details

Electric riding on the farm – Great for patrolling the farm and charging on solar panels. So free mobility after the initial purchase. After 4 weeks i have done 518km, i have been mustering sheep, delivering 20kg mineral blocks into paddocks, riding through shallow water, riding… Read more · 8
in the rain. Great range under total offroad work, (rough). Issues, small but worth mentioning, straw stuck in chain sprocket. Just lifted it up on the loader bucket and cleaned and lubricated. Side kick stand due to very hard use is not quiet strong enough. I use this bike 6 days a week. Range on farm is a good 30km. Great for long steady work. I treat it very hard, so well done Dirodi... I have done over 3,000km off road on the farm. This is just a great product. Thank you again... Just ordered the Gen6. So 2 mustering bikes...
Follow-up · Just a great tool for the farm. Get some exercise and no fuel burnt. The only thing i would like to see going forward is a more sturdy stand for out in the paddock...

I am writing to say that customer service is 11/10 - would recommend to a friend. We purchased a Dirodi and unfortunately it was not suitable for our use. After clear and timely communication from the customer support team we were refunded our bike… Read more
in full. We felt supported and listened to throughout the whole process which was arduous as there was much problem solving involved. Despite the bike not being good for us, the company was amazing to deal with and very helpful above and beyond what I would expect.
Follow-up · To clarify: the bike was too heavy for me to use and our intended use was to put our young child on the back in a child seat (15kg) and although I could ride it somewhat precariously by myself, I would often topple and fall over with my child on the back as her hips were too high. Also the main seat is not able to be adjusted which was another… Read more
I've had the Diridi rover 5 for 17 months now and have completed 9080 km , Original tyres were replaced with better tyres . Back and forth to town is 40 km , brake pad replacement a number of times . Put on a trailer , that's a handy piece of kit . Show details · 1
Follow-up · Battery range is still reliable , trailer good , no suspension for rough terrain , the bike is like a workhorse , carrying heavy loads as well , second battery is always a good thing .

I’ve recently purchased a DiroDi Rover Pro from Rodi Haus in Landsdale WA, which has turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made for a long time. The bike is everything I wanted from a fat tyre Ebike. With the dual batteries & comfortable… Read more
riding position, I’m managing to cover greater distances than expected. You read so much about longevity of the battery & how far you can ride without a recharge, which in most cases turns out to be incorrect. Having previous experience with other brands I’m genuinely achieving 80-100k, depending on terrain & weather conditions. To achieve this amazing distance I ride my bike on Eco setting, no throttle, level 4 as well as pedal power. I’m still able to achieve 40kph with very little effort. I also tow my 2 grand kids in a trailer along with their belongings :) no effort at all. If you’re interested in a quality, good looking Ebike with more standard inclusions than other similar brands, do yourself a favour & test ride DiroDi Rover Pro, I can’t say enough good things about the Ebike. As for the price I managed to add a second battery & a hidden tracker for a similar price as other Fat Tyre E-bikes on the market. Remember no parking fees, no fuel, no insurance & doing my bit for the planet.
Follow-up · I’ve now reached 1100 ks on my Rover Pro, which I use as my daily commute. Living on the coast in Perth I don’t really have to contend with too many hills, but the ones I do ride the bike climbs them with ease. As for off roading, it’s not something I do, but I’m very confident the bike would deal with most terrains. The battery life is amazing,… Read more
Extremely disappointed with my recent Dirodi bike purchase – and likely my last. As a returning customer, having previously bought two other models for myself and one for my wife, I'm genuinely shocked by the current lack of accessibility. I purchased this bike specifically for an off-road family trip this weekend on private property, where its… Read more
use would be entirely legal. To my dismay, I discovered the bike requires activation or unlocking by Dirodi. This presented an immediate problem as customer support is unavailable on weekends, precisely when most customers, like myself, plan to use their bikes. What's even more frustrating is the absence of an automated system for such a crucial activation. Instead, I received an email confirmation for a support ticket, stating a response would take up to three days. This effectively renders my new bike unusable for the entire weekend, despite my clear intentions for legal, private use. For a company that sells bikes intended for recreation, having a system that locks out users and then provides no weekend support or instant activation is unacceptable. This experience has severely undermined my trust, and I will not be purchasing another Dirodi product.
A ripper of a bike! – Early last year I ordered a Dirodi Rover Gen4. But before delivery I contracted covid, which took a long time for me to recover. So the bike has not had much use. Yesterday I went on my longest ride so far (35km). This was mostly on bike paths, with a few bush tracks and main roads. Grades were level to moderate, with a couple of short, steep… Read more · 1
climbs. I am an older rider, 70 years young, so speed is not important to me. PAS1 and PAS2 were perfect for the ride, which allowed me to put in a bit of effort when needed. I wondered how the Rover would cope with the steepest climb. I was in PAS1 at the base, and when I started to struggle, switched to PAS2. Whoosh, up I went at 17kph. I was impressed. The only extras I have installed - an alarm from eBay, a Foldylock, and a centre kick stand. The folding kickstand neatly fits alongside the factory-fitted side stand, and only works on level ground. So it is good to have both types. Overall, I cannot fault the build quality, or the engineering of this bike. It's a keeper !!!

Great company to deal with including fast postage. Email communication was fantastic. Missing a star as the new rear metal crate isn't a great design, there are limited maintenance information and installation instructions, and I wish it was dual shock as it is very heavy and jarring when going over bumps. Pros: -1000W has good pedal assist easily rides up hills, -Light is very bright for night riding -My daughter loves going for rides Now the Cons which for a bike that cost me almost $4000 i feel is unacceptable, Ive done 180kms so far, Bike ran well until it rained a little now the headlight turns on and off whenever, the auto lock symbol shows… Read more
even when you have auto lock turned off so you need to restart the bike, sometimes it will still lock itself randomly which isn't fun when getting off a train and not expecting it. since getting a little wet a vibration started from the hub motor at low speeds. This has been a nightmare company to deal with to say the least, what should have been a straightforward process from order to delivery but has become an absolute nightmare - customer service is tragic at best and I would definitely recommend others looking at bikes to look elsewhere - haven’t even received my *correct* bike yet (sent the wrong… Read more
one a week ago after ordering 3 weeks ago) along with them not communicating or keeping me updated with returning and having a courier collect the wrong bike. The long and short is they have no good systems to help customers when the ordering process goes awry so if you’re not willing to gamble on a bike purchase look somewhere else
Bought for my son to ride to school and get out on the weekend. Very happy with it, it has allowed him freedom to go where he pleases with ease and hang out with friends to go riding together

Nothing but problems with our DiroDi bike since purchase. Have also returned it twice without an adequate resolution. We also have a Mamba which has not missed a beat, and also plan to replace this Dirodi lemon with a FatBoy. Poor service & horrible bike, never again! Show details
Without a doubt, one of the worst purchasing experiences I have had in recent memory. Purchased a more expensive model as they were the only model they had "in stock". Two weeks later, and no tracking updates, so called customer service. They advised that this model was in fact, not in stock. As their stock count was inaccurate. Another bike and… Read more
another less desired model was arranged and was to be shipped that day. Three days later still no movement on shipping + Further calls to the worst off-shore customer service you could imagine. Was advised that the shipping links don't actually work, a known issue and blamed their courier company, refusing to take any responsibility. Still no bike so far.
The Dirodi has been an excellent buy for our son, it's been extremely reliable with no issues at all. I recommend the Dirodi if you are considering an electric bike ! It's absolute freedom Show details
Great bike to ride with long battery life, recommend following the instructions and online videos carefully so you can get it right the first time. Puncture repairs can be a bit of a hassle with the fat tyres.
Clear instructions made the two bikes easy to assemble. Comfortable and convenient to ride. The only issue we found was transporting the two bikes. We opted for a purpose built fat bike carrier rather than a trailer. Requires planning but works well. Victorian rail trails, here we come.
This is my second e-bike and first fat bike. It's a good value bike, well put together, with good documentation. It arrived in parts with all the fiddly stuff already done. Anyone handy with a spanner should be able to put it together in an hour. My only criticism is that the bike is extremely heavy and my worst nightmare is getting a puncture a… Read more
long way from home. The bike itself rides and handles well. I like it very much and hugely pleased with my purchase. It is now my main transportation to work.
I love my Dirodi bike. Its strong and can handle a few tumbles with minimal damage. The only thing I don't love about it is how heavy it is but otherwise its perfect for what I need. Show details
Loving our DiRodi Gen 6 Rover. It allows our teenager (16yrs) to get to work (12km away) and down the hill and back up to/from the gym when we can’t drive him. Show details
