directed towards you), or oscillating to spread the heat around the room. The fan is surprisingly quiet, and it copes well being run for an extended amount of time (no sign of overheating). Of course it's not as energy efficient as a reverse cycle aircon, but doesn't seem to use too much power.

The controls are easy enough to use, with both a remote control and app able to switch it on/make adjustments. My only criticism of the controls is that you have to supply your own batteries for the remote - a small thing, but it seems a bit cheap to not include two AAA batteries with it.

The heater is quite sleek in its design, and looks quite good, although a bit plastic-y. It does feel quite flimsy when you press the buttons on the actual heater, the whole tower wobbles a bit, and it feels like it could potentially be knocked over by small kids or dogs.

I give the heater 5 stars for its actual heating ability, but have taken a star off because of the slight flimsiness, and also the need to maintain a 1-metre clearance around all sides of it. I'm using the heater in my study, which isn't huge, and that means the heater has to sit in the middle of the floor. So it takes up a bit of space even though the actual heater has a small footprint, rather than being able to be put up against a wall or other piece of furniture. This wouldn't be a problem in a larger room, but something to consider if your floorspace is limited. The power cord is only 1.6m long too, which doesn't give you a lot of slack depending on where your powerpoint and furniture are. So in summary, this is great at doing its job as a heater, with just a few limitations depending on where you want to use it.

Pros: It heats up a (small) room fast and although it is rated as 2000W this is on the highest temperature setting which most likely you are not going to use. During my review of the unit, I had set the temperature on 20c and it was consuming roughly 1300-1400W. It is very light and easy to move around which is a plus compared to the oil filled… Read more

(fin) heaters which are heavier and take longer to warm up a room. The Wi-Fi controls are a game changer as it means you do not have to even touch the heater once it is set. You can choose the specific temperature you need and once the heater reaches that temperature it will stop. Cons: The buttons on the heater are completely useless, (See video) not only they take several presses to register, since the tower is so light the entire thing moves, meaning you have to use 2 hands (one to press the button and one to hold it from the back). If you do not have the wifi app you have to use the remote control instead. The power cord is short which does not allow for much room in setting the heater where you want it.

oil column heater, and it heats a small office extremely well, going into Eco mode when up to temperature. Plus it is very light and easy to store when not required. Ausclimate have I think, spent some effort building the app. It works very well. The heater connected very quickly to my wifi, without me having to refer to the instructions. Additionally, Ausclimate app can be linked to Google Home. This is where I control all of my smart devices, and I will not purchase one that does not integrate with Google Home. The heater works mostly well with Google Home, but the interface is not as good as the native Ausclimate app. The Google Home seems to lag slightly behind the actual settings, and for some reason I found it would occasionally not show the correct setting. I would just exit Google Home and/or refresh the Google app and it would come back. Scene creation in the Ausclimate app was very easy to set the heater coming on at a certain time, at a set temperature, You can also set up a “Tap to Run” automation to save time getting the heater going. The automation via the Google Home app also works, but I only set up an automation to see how intuitive it was - I did all the automations via the Ausclimate app because it was very easy and made sense. I didn’t bother with the “shake” option (the heater oscillates from side to side). I would just set the temperature and forget it. We also tried heating a large area - front half of the house. It would take the chill out of the space and heat the entire area - lounge, dining room, bedroom - to around 21 degrees with a 24 degree set temperature. First impressions - getting the device out of the box and unwrapping the tissue paper, one of the plastic lugs which holds the handle on broke off. This was annoying so I removed the handle entirely. It does not change the function of the heater. A really strange side effect is the reaction of my dog. The heater makes a “beep” sound when the mode is changed, or it turns on or off via an automation. This seemed to freak her out and she would not come inside. This was very annoying, but I cannot blame the heater. Unless the ceramic heating element gives off a high frequency sound as well? I have to ensure that there is at least 1 door shut between her and the heater when it is running - we watch her reaction when changing settings and she is ok with the door shut. She does not react to my old fan heater. I have to mention this in case you have a dog sensitive to “beeps”. If Ausclimate could have an option to turn off the beeps, it would be perfect. Also annoying is the display times off after a few minutes. I would prefer it to be on constantly so you can see at a glance what it is doing, or if you have remembered to turn it off. Again, an option on the app to toggle the display on/off/timed off, would be useful. Is this Ausclimate Smart Medium Tower Heater worth buying? It is perfect to take the chill out of a medium to large bedroom, home office, or large lounge room. Do you need a smart device? You can turn it on remotely, on a routine or automation, and have it turn off. I think my elderly parents would struggle, but someone with other smart devices will have no problems with this heater. I gave it 4 stars because of the beeps and the effect on our dog, but having used this for a month, I would happily purchase it myself.

This heater works very well to heat up a good sized room, in my case 20m2 which on the box is the "up-to" amount. rapid heating of the office is appreciated to get comfy. So the prime role of the unit to heat a space this large, is easily met.

It's a nice looking unit, slender, cylindrical, neutral coloured and comes with a nifty carry handle on the top which is a good touch when you want to just grab the thing without nursing the whole unit under your arm. It has 4 buttons (touch surfaces really) along the front for on/off, heat, timer (in hours) and swing motion. The remote control is no-frills, functional and didn't come with batteries.

You can app-connect this with the Ausclimate app and the searching for and onboarding of the unit (over wi-fi) was pretty seamless although the heaters listed in the App didn't show this particular version of the Smart Tower making it ambiguous at the time as to whether you should pick one of these other types or not. I chose the closest looking one and it works. The App is no-frills and only provides bare minimum of management which makes me wonder why it's there at all. For example, i'd use the App to schedule a turn-on and turn-off period, but alas, not there.

Whilst the unit is good at heating, it does have some other things I didn't like. Firstly there is a lack of information between the App and the display. Neither shows you how long you have a timer set for, until you open the App and go to settings (as timer countdown isn't shown on main app screen) and same for the touch-button on the Tower itself. Also, the remote control only works in that small arc, so you can't just point it at the unit when it's not facing you and tell it to stop or change settings.

The Swing doesn't turn around very far... Maybe 90-100 degrees? I would have expected a full 180 and in a large room, this means placing it where that smaller arc will do the most good rather than being comfortable with it doing everything all the time.

All that is picky, but there are a few issues for me which make it a bit average.

1. It's too noisy. Using a noise meter, I clock it at 52db at the heater face and 2 metres away where I was sitting, it's 46db. This constant fan noise is too much and I turned it off during phone calls and video conferencing. That's a deal breaker for it's continued use so it has to go somewhere else, not where I wanted it to work unfortunately.

2. It's so light. Feels like it weighs nothing and the base is a curved plastic disc only. It sits still, it doesn't wobble but when I try to press a button on the front panel, the heater starts to tip. So I got into the habit of basically grabbing the unit so I could pressure touch the buttons on the front. It is on thick carpet which doesn't help but it could use a few Kgs on the base if nothing else. When it's oscillating, a fraction more of a problem. Using the remote and/or App aren't always the easiest way to interact with it.

Other than those things, it fulfills the core mission of providing heat to a larger room, looks nice and has enough features to make it fit into different areas with the settings that are provided.

heating, especially taking the chill out of the air during these cold nights. It not just works ok, but its also quite stylish that can fit in with your room, I gave it 4 out of 5 stars and there is a reason why only 4 as to what follows.

Upon product description with the website it states its voice controlled in the general description and I have not actually worked on how its voice controlled as i downloaded the instructions upon the web site and there is no set of voice commands listed in the manual, so do not know if this is voice controlled or not - I am taking the 1 star not just for the fact of the confusion of voice control but also if it does have voice control as this device is connected online and I do not really like the aspect of a device having a mic being connected to an online device and I think the whole thing would be better if they never said anything about voice control or having voice control

The heater works great, it is convenient as its light weight, able to move to room to room without any struggle and when I say light i mean very light. It works heating up an area you set it in and better if its a room with closed doors obviously, when heating it can oscillate so can cover more space. The remote control is ok, with the basic buttons of all functions, the visual display on the unit allows easy to identify room temps, temps you set the device too and timer and its easy to connect to online and find within the app.

Due to it being a ceramic and fan forced heater the sound can be heard and its not overbearing, its what to be expected with these types of heaters, it would be nice if manufacturers found a way to have fan forced to blow the heat out and quieten them down majorly but that would be a challenge to do with product design and the types of fans there are but do believe it could be done - maybe ausclimate should take notice and really release one that really is the quietest there is cause that would be a great selling point.

the box, with "Ceramic" misspelled as "Ceramir". While obviously not a major issue, it was an unexpected oversight on an otherwise professionally presented product. Assembly was minimal, requiring only the base to be attached, and the process was straightforward and took only a few minutes.

My first concern arose while removing the protective packaging from the heater itself. The unit was wrapped in tissue paper and a small section had become trapped in a seam behind the decorative leather-look carry handle. Given the location, I was reluctant to simply leave it there on a heating appliance. Fortunately, the handle is designed to be easily removed using the notches provided, allowing the paper to be extracted without difficulty. Unfortunately, when attempting to reinstall the handle, one of the retaining knobs broke off. This was disappointing on a brand-new appliance, particularly as the handle contributes significantly to the unit's appearance. While the heater remains fully portable thanks to a secondary handle moulded into the rear housing, the damaged decorative handle detracts from the overall finish and raises some questions about durability.

One of the stronger aspects of this heater is its smart functionality. Connecting the unit to the Ausclimate app was quick and uncomplicated, and I was able to access all major features easily. The ability to control the heater via the app, the supplied remote control, or directly on the unit itself provides plenty of flexibility. The app is generally intuitive, however I did notice some inconsistencies in the terminology used across the different control methods. For example, the oscillation function is labelled as "Shake" within the app, while the remote control refers to the same feature as "Spin". These are minor details, but they create an impression that the software and hardware components have not been fully aligned.

The physical controls on the heater are another area that could benefit from refinement. Their placement on the front of the unit means users need to bend down to view and operate them. In addition, the tower tends to wobble when the touch controls are pressed, which makes operation feel less solid than expected. The power cord is also relatively short at approximately 1.5 metres, which can limit placement options depending on the layout of the room and the location of power points. Relocating the controls to the top of the heater and providing a longer power cord would likely improve both usability and flexibility. Again, these are not major flaws individually, but together they contribute to a sense that some practical design considerations have been overlooked.

In day-to-day use, the heater performs well where it matters most. It is relatively quiet, heats a small room effectively and benefits from thermostatic control, which helps reduce unnecessary power consumption by cycling the heating element on and off as required. One behaviour worth noting is that when oscillation is enabled, the unit continues to rotate even after the desired temperature has been reached and the heating element has entered standby mode. Whether this is intentional or not, it seems somewhat unnecessary from an energy-saving perspective. Overall, the ACCT160 delivers competent heating performance and useful smart features, but a collection of small quality-control issues, design compromises and inconsistencies prevent it from feeling as refined as its specifications suggest. It is a good heater, but not quite as polished as I had hoped.

up much floor space, which is a plus. However, the plastic construction feels quite cheap for the price point. The integrated carry handle is a great addition and makes it easy to move the heater between rooms.

The control buttons on the unit can be difficult to press at times, but thankfully the included remote control reduces the need to interact with the onboard controls.

**What I Liked** The standout feature is the Wi-Fi connectivity. Setup was straightforward, and I had no issues connecting it to my home router. Integration with Google Home works well, allowing me to control the heater using voice commands, which is very convenient.

The remote control is also a useful inclusion, making it easy to adjust settings, change heat levels, or enable oscillation without having to walk over to the heater.

Performance-wise, it heats a room fairly quickly and does what it advertises. The slim tower design is another advantage for smaller spaces where a traditional fan heater might be too bulky.

**What Could Be Improved** The biggest downside is the build quality. The plastic housing feels inexpensive, and the two-piece base can shift around slightly, making the unit feel less sturdy than expected.

I'm also not a fan of the temperature controls. Instead of allowing you to incrementally adjust the temperature, the heater cycles through a strange sequence of settings: Low Heat → High Heat → 15°C → 18°C → 21°C → 24°C → 27°C → 30°C → Fan. If you frequently adjust the temperature, this can become frustrating as you need to cycle through multiple settings to reach the one you want.

**Overall** The Ausclimate Smart Tower Heater offers useful smart features, effective heating performance, and a space-saving design. However, the cheap-feeling construction and awkward temperature adjustment system detract from the overall experience.

Overall, I would recommend this ceramic heater as a convenient way to heat a small room effectively. I have seen prices vary from $99-169 so it is worth shopping around.

heater itself and particularly like the “sand” colour that my unit came in (it is also available in “chocolate”). The heater is constructed mostly of plastic (with the exception of the ceramic heating region), stands approximately 60cm tall with a diameter of 12cm on a 23cm base. There is a small panel above the heating area that contains touch sensitive buttons for power, heat settings, timer and swing (oscillate).

Before its first use, it needed some minor assembly by joining 2 pieces of the base plate together and then attaching it to bottom of the heater and then affixing the carrying handle/strap to the side. It was quick and easy to do and it allows for the heater’s packaging to be more economical in its space.

The arrival of this heater came was perfectly timed with the gas fireplace in my lounge room having just stopped working and me being unsure if needs to replaced or repaired, so this was where I first tested it. The recommended area for this heater is 20 square meters and our lounge room is 25 square meters and has pretty high ceilings (3.2m), so I wondered if I might be pushing this heater beyond its limits, but to my genuine surprise, it actually heated the room quite convincingly. Perhaps it took a bit longer than my bedroom, but it wasn’t that long before the chill had been taken out and perhaps around 30-40 minutes in total before the whole room was comfortably warm. The fan noise is noticeable, but not to the point of being distracting, and was not noticeable when the TV was on or if I had music playing.

I tested the heater’s safety feature in this room by knocking it over and am happy to report that it did shut itself off immediately so that was reassuring. I tested it in this room because it is the only room in the house with carpet and owing to the plastic build, I didn’t want to risk damaging the unit if it fell over onto the wooden floors. It was good to know that it did shut off and in the event that one of our digs does manage to knock it over in a bedroom, I feel secure knowing it will turn off and any damage that might happen is of little concern compared to the associated risks of it not turning off.

The second room I tested the heater in was my bedroom. This room is 17sq m and has a ceiling height of 2.7m and the heater had more than taken the chill out within 10 min and the room was very comfortable in 15 min. The fan noise was more noticeable in this room (wooden floors and wooden blinds vs carpet and curtains) but again, not enough to be distracting and I had no problem falling asleep with it on.

Before I go into the smart features of the heater, here’s a few things which I have noted.

a) The remote has an “Always on display” button and when pressed, the display on the heater lights up as you would expect, but it does not remain on, and turns off approximately 2.5 minutes later. (maybe this button should be renamed “display”?) b) The buttons on the front are in an awkward place. When you press them, the whole heater shakes/wobbles quite a bit and feels unstable to the point that you almost need to put your hand on top to steady it before you press them. (maybe they should be placed on the top of unit towards the front?) c) When you power it off it takes 30 seconds to do so and counts down those seconds until it is off. I just don’t see why it would need to do this. d) The power cord is only 1.5 metres long and could easily be longer.

And now about the smarts….

The app installed easily (I use android) and I was able to add/link the heater quickly and easily. The app works really well for simple things like turn the heater on or off and for setting timers/routines etc. It does what it should do and it does it well. It did take me a lifetime to figure out how to oscillate the heater via the app, but discovered that this function is found under “settings” and is inexplicably labelled “shake”. Surely someone from Ausclimate needs to look at this?

Connecting to my google home/hub whilst easy enough, was laborious and could test the limits/patience/skills of those wishing to go beyond the app itself. “Hey Google, turn on/off the heater” worked and the heater was on/off before Google even got through the first few words of “Ok/All right, turning Asclimate 2000W ceramic heater on/off”.

The heater works with google home but is limited. For instance if I ask Google to turn my heater on at 6am, Google cites safety concerns and won’t allow me to do it (even though I can use the app to set a routine/time to turn on).

To be honest, apart from being able to turn on/off the heater with a voice command, I’m not sure why you would need to go through the tedious set up required to get it synced in with Google Home. Maybe this is different with IOS?

As a smart device, I think it has room for improvement.

So overall, as a heater, I can’t fault it. It does what it should do, and does so efficiently, but based on my experience, I don’t believe the “smart” features are anything special and I would consider cheaper non smart alternatives (including others from this brand). Apps are great and all that, but I think that you’d be better off to just use a remote and save a few dollars.

If I could, I’d give this heater 3.5 stars, but given that I can only choose 3 stars or 4 stars, I’ll have to select 3 stars as I think 4 stars is just a little too high.

wintery weather set in straight away. I have tested it in bedrooms, our laundry (which doubles as a work room/powder room) and various areas of the combo kitchen/lounge-dining room and study which is adjacent to the entry door. I love that it has Smart functions and have downloaded the app and turned it on remotely several times to preheat a room when I have been working in the garden downstairs. The laundry heats up fast as the swing feature allows it to reach every corner, warming that section of the apartment extremely well. We have a wall-mounted reverse cycle AC unit which is powerful but annoying as the fan is loud and it generally blows in my face and when set higher than that, misses me altogether. I was happy to be able to position the Ausclimate on floor level, set to swing and not use the AC at all for heating. It warmed the area where I was sitting to a toasty level. The 'swing' function is just not quite wide enough to warm the other side of the room where my husband sits and I think the hard floors don't retain the heat. Bedrooms - it heats the entire space in a few minutes and again, is more than adequate and the carpet helps retain that heat. It is more economical to use this small heater (2000W) rather than the AC (2400W) and the ability to heat up a space fast is helpful. A big plus is that it is whisper quiet yet the fan is quite powerful. (Very handy if you have insomnia or perhaps a sleeping baby as you won't disturb the household by running an Inverter style wall mounted heater. That is important to know if you are living in an apartment and don't want to wake your neighbours in the middle of the night with that inverter 'clunk'.) The compact remote control is extrememly handy but we do find that it seems to be synched to our TV and will pause shows on On Demand ! (It doesn't interfere with Live broadcast TV.) The unit comes in limited colours but blends in with most colour schemes. Instructions for assembly and setup are simple to follow and the QR code makes it even easier. Footnote: All the packing is recyclable and it is featherlight so older people would love it.

style icon but understated enough to be unobtrusive and blend in to its surroundings . Ausclimate do a good job of minimising plastic packaging , the heater is well secured in its box with only a few recyclable ' egg carton ' type pads and some tissue . The unit is easy to put together , there is a two piece base plate that clicks in place and a ' Leather look ' carry handle to fit over two lugs . There is no instruction booklet included , this is available online through a QR code on the side of the box . Keep this code , it isn't on the unit itself , if you discard the box or don't download the booklet it is less convenient to find it in the future should you need it . The booklet itself is a hefty 16 pages if you wish to print it out . There is a simple remote control included with the heater, it takes two AAA batteries . As well as basic on, off and oscillating functions it allows for temperature adjustment and timer functions . It also has a AOD button ; 'Always On Display' . this allows you to decide if you want to always see the digital readout on the display screen or turn it off when sleeping or if you find it is distracting . Temperature select settings are graduated , 15 ,18 , 21 , 24 , 27 , 30 . In basic operation it is reasonably quiet , certainly not a whisper but easy enough to live with , the fan has no external speed control . When turned off the unit enters a 30 second countdown , presumably this is to allow the element to cool a little before turning off. The power cord is a reasonably generous 1.5 metres in length which makes it relatively easy to site near a power outlet . I was surprised to see that the rear air inlet screen cannot be removed , cleaning will have to be done with a vacuum or hand brush .

I took relative temperatures at the unit itself and air temperature at a one metre distance to measure effectiveness . Set at 21c after a few minutes of operation the air temperature was 20.5c a drop of only .5c . This demonstrates the effectiveness of the fan and its oscillating function . It only takes a few moments for heat to be felt and a small room to feel more comfortable . This said , some care should be taken not to contact the black metal mesh screen , after ten minutes of operation with the unit set at 21c this mesh was measured at a worrying 188c . This is something you would not want to contact with bare skin or fabrics . I find it easy to use and intuitive to control , there are a few inconsistencies in the instruction booklet though . Instructions clearly state ; Never leave the unit unattended . Not suitable for bathrooms , laundries or other wet areas . Don't use with an external timer. A warning to leave 1 metre of space from walls sides ,back and front which is then contradicted in another paragraph with 1 metre in front and 150mm back and sides .

So according to instructions it should never be left alone and yet much is made of the facility to turn it on and off via the app . ''A timer should not be used in case it turns on by itself '', and yet there is a timer facility built into the unit which allows the unit to be scheduled to turn on and off at specific times over a week . This is confusing , perhaps it is a lapse in proof reading but it doesn't appear to be logical .

I would have liked to use the functions via the app , unfortunately I could not sync my phone to it effectively . Perhaps the best indication of the difficulty is given by reviews of the Ausclimate App on Google Playstore , most rate it at two stars citing difficulties in downloading and operation . Some find it good , I didn't . The app loads but will not pair , the same problem many others found .

If you want a simple quick and effective heater for a small room that won't take up too much floor space and is easy to control manually the Ausclimate Tower heater is a good choice .

In short, I think that for the features this gets fours stars, and I'd give it five stars overall for value. a bit hard to remove as it tore so easily - leaving small shreds of paper wedged under the handle. The cardboard box was also covered in tape, which would need to be removed to enable the box to be properly recycled, but that was a minor annoyance and likely would not be the case if bought from a retail environment.

After removing from the packaging, needed to put the stand on - this required clipping two plastic semi circle disks together, removing a large plastic nut from the bottom of the heater, putting the heater onto the stand through the hole and line up a small notch, then put on and tighten the nut. A little awkward to do, but not hard and worked well, although the whole thing felt very plasticky. From from arm's length however it doesn't look too bad.

Operating the heater - pretty simple using the touch screen buttons on the front. From left to right they are on/off, heat, timer, and swing. The remote can be used to set all the functions, and also has a button marked "AOD" which toggles the display on/off. The remote also enables you to go up/down e.g. pressing the timer button on the heater front panel activates the timer and then each additional press adds an extra hour up to a maximum of 12 hours. With the remote you can directly add or remove an hour. The heater might struggle with a larger living room, but very quickly warmed up a medium sized study and kept it at the set temperature. I am sure it would be fine in even a larger bedroom.

I connected it up to my network to take advantage of its 'smart' features - it was apparent that it uses Tuya in the backend so rather than install yet another app on my mobile I used the Tuya 'Smartlife' app (if you have no other Tuya devices, then you would probably be better off using their dedicated app as it might have extra features). It was detected as a wifi heater, and once connected I could adjust the fan from just blowing air, to low heat, then high heat, then off. I could also set the timer up to 12 hours, and the temperature. You can also go into settings to activate 'shake' which translates to the oscillation. One of the big pluses of connecting it to your wifi is the ability to setup a schedule - meaning you can set the heater to turn on or off at specific times and days. With the Smartlife app (again this may not be the case with the native app) you can't specify what temp or mode the heater will start with, but it will use whatever it was doing when it was turned off. With the likes of google home etc you can add this into more complex automations. In my case I use Home Assistant - and the heater appeared (using the Xtend Tuya integration) without any issues. I can now set the heater to turn on or off, at any set temperature, as well as oscillate if required based on anything I want such as when someone enters the room or in the morning before getting up but only if the room is too cold etc etc.

Things to note: * On first start, the smell was pretty overpowering - I would strongly recommend starting it up first in a large room and letting it run for a while just so that initial smell dissipates. After a few hours of use it was no longer an issue. * The heater is very light so is very easy to move around, but the whole heater wobbles when you tap a button. I would also note that the power cable is not very long - fine if you have it near a power point, but if not then you may need to use an extension cable. * Strangely it goes up/down in increments of 3 degrees from 15 to 30 e.g. 15 <-> 18 <-> 21 <-> 24 <-> 27 <-> 30. It does however detect the current room temperature in increments of one degree. * The heater has three modes - fan (just cooling), low heat, high heat. The fan speed (and associated fan noise) does not change when operating. When the device goes into standby, then the fan stops but it still oscillates. There is a slight noise of the gears whirring when this happens, but it's not too loud or annoying. * The temperature sensor is of course in the heater itself, so may not accurately reflect the temperature of the room it is in. Not much that could be done about that I guess. If you have a separate temperature sensor in a room, then with home automation you could always use that to trigger when it goes on or off. * I did test what happens if it falls over - a definite risk as it's a tower format - and it automatically switched off immediately, so that was excellent.

Things that could be improved - * The IR remote is very directional. You need to be pretty much pointing it directly at the screen for it to work, which can be an issue if the heater is oscillating and facing away from you. Maybe a slightly stronger remote might be an idea. Not a major issue for me as I'll mainly be using this with smart automations. * The tissue paper wrapped around the handle to stop it from being scratched in transport is a good idea but wrapping it around the connecting lugs on either side is not a great idea as it is hard to remove - either try to avoid that or use something a bit stronger. * An option to change the fan speed directly would be good - it would be nice to have the option of reducing the fan speed and associated noise so it's less distracting in a small room. * I have found that at least once the thermostat on the heater did not work as I would expect - for example just then the heater was set to 21 degrees, but it continued to run even though the temperature had been reading 23 degrees for many minutes. After I cycled the heater through the heating settings back to 21 degrees, it stopped heating and switched off so perhaps this was a once off or I was just being impatient.

Performance-wise, it’s been fantastic. It heats the space quickly, has multiple heat settings, and the timer function gives peace of mind so it’s not running all day. My favourite feature is definitely the app control -being able to warm up the office before arriving in the morning is such a luxury, and I can also check and turn it off remotely if I forget. Perfect for anyone who wants something both functional and stylish!
