Words fail me on the lack of customer service from the whole team including management. My roof replacement finally started in October 2025. We are now February 2026 and still not complete. They were suppose to arrive this morning, but no one turned up. Not the first time. Still waiting on the insulation to be installed. Still waiting on roofing… Read more

minor repairs. Many emails sent and Aushail answer the ones they want too. Still waiting on confirmation of an independent certifier which is listed in the scope of works. Still no answer. I am not a happy customer. Insulation now completed. Minor repairs including painting now repaired. Now just waiting for final sign off and forms to be completed by engineer. Nearly there. sewarge does not even go out the top of the roof. It expels into the ceiling. It's illegal what you have put him through when it comes to waste air. Look at it this way. Paid for the job. Almost 3 years later, no down pipe's and no exhaust for your sewage. You need to treat your eldely and if not everyone better. Worst company I’ve ever seen – Aus hail have been a NIGHTMARE to deal with. They started the job of replacing our roof 4 months ago on the promise of being done in a week. swear words whenever working here. Upsetting our 3 and 6 year old. And after all the time they took our roof has leaked multiple times. Whenever that happened, they just sent another team with no information on what they needed to do. They would drill holes in the roof and leave buckets with the promise a team would be back to replace the panels they installed wrong and fix the roof. It’s been the worse customer experience I’ve ever endured. I would strongly recommend never using this company. They lie, they do a terrible job, they’re rude. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company before.

Communication & Quality of work – Matt was excellent. Great communication throughout the project, nothing was too much trouble. We were kept well informed of time lines and any changes to the schedule. The quality of the work is excellent. I will certainly be recommending Aushail to others. Thanks very much Matt.

Great communication and quality work – We had Matt from Aushail look after our roof replacement, the whole process was very easy and stress free. He had great communication skills keeping us up to date on time lines and when to expect other companies/tradesmen on the property, the workmanship is amazing and I would definitely recommend their team for any roof repairs/replacement.

My roof – Great people,but have had a few leaks also insulation which fell down during install I had to fix and they didn't do a small part of the roof.so make sure and ask ever question before you sign
