Aussie Cheap Removals

Terrible – Small move, baby grand piano, short distance. Move finished on time, piano completely destroyed. Terrible customer service. Cost us $12,000 in damage. 0 Accountability. Never, ever going with this company again, nor would I recommend it to anyone moving any sized load.

Not so cheap – Had to move household items. They work on an per person per hour rate. 2 guys rocked up to load and relocate our pre-packed boxes. Took them almost a day and a half. Paid close to the amount I was quoted by the bigger companies. The guys were friendly and helpful but the work could have gone a lot faster I think. Later on had to deal with their admin in the office...sigh...wish people would learn the importance of customer service.

Anyway, if you've got a big move or a lot of items, then go with one of the bigger companies. These guys aren't bad but they aren't comparatively cheap either and for that you loose out on customer service.
