I’d like to put 0 stars. Products doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails. No chance of a refund. As I applied looked good but was sticky for a few days - couldn’t use the footstool. Then I dried and no result at all.
Purchased in for $227.
Did not receive as advertised. Misrepresentation of “bundle”. No response to emails. Buyer beware. Based in the US, not “Aussie” at all. Buy local, buy safe.

Title: Disappointed – product didn’t perform as advertised and no response to refund request I purchased the Aussie Glow leather balm after seeing claims that it could restore dry or cracked leather. Unfortunately, in my experience it did not produce the results advertised. I applied the product carefully following the instructions, but it made little or no noticeable improvement to the leather item I was treating. More concerning was the customer service. The website advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee, so I contacted the company to request a refund. I sent three separate messages but received no reply at all. Because of the lack of response and the product not performing as promised, I cannot recommend this product.
