I am more than pleased with this product. I wasn't sure it would work but I have been pleasantly surprised. It actually does what it is advertised to do!

Aussie Glow has really helped our old leather sofa feel smoother and softer. The leather still looks a little thirsty, so I will retreat it. Aussie Glow is a lovely natural product with no smell and certainly does give the leather a lovely glow. Recommended! Show details
Advertising promised a lot. I found the product to be a good rejuvenator/maintenance product for leather. However, no better than other good quality similar products. The other products are much less expensive and given the premium price for Aussie Glow, expected more. Therefore , I was disappointed in the result and actually got better results from the cleaning of the leather i did in preparation for applying Aussie Glow. Show details
Bought 3 tins of this Aussie glow balm for leather, absolutely very , very little difference, all it did was make it a bit shinier but no relief to the cracking or discolouration…..sent before and after photos to their email address, no response after sending/ emails, absolute sham with the “60 day money back guarantee, no questions asked” policy . I have now put a complaint in with pay pal to see if they can get any response!! Show details
I’d like to put 0 stars. Products doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails. No chance of a refund. As I applied looked good but was sticky for a few days - couldn’t use the footstool. Then I dried and no result at all. Show details

little or no noticeable improvement to the leather item I was treating. More concerning was the customer service. The website advertises a 60-day money-back guarantee, so I contacted the company to request a refund. I sent three separate messages but received no reply at all. Because of the lack of response and the product not performing as promised, I cannot recommend this product.
