Entitled rude and arrogant service staff, poor service, poor product, poor post sales communication. Avoid! – 1st order -shipped incomplete without my 3 star balls. Had to ring them up and chase up the missing items. Missing items shipped to to me several days later. Therefore I needed glue to afix the rubber properly and fix their poor workmanship which brings us to the third order. Why did I order from them again after two strikes in a row? Trying to support and buy local. More fool me.

In the final interaction the service agent was rude and arrogant, blaming the customer for not knowing information not adequately provided to them ( more on this below). Then Grant proceeded to cancel my order against my wishes as I had dared to complain. I complained about the long delay tine between order placement on the 26/12 and 9/1 when I had still received nothing and no delivery tracking details either. Flying blind. Their holiday closing days were listed on their main home page, but if you follow a direct google link to make a purchase as I did, then you completely miss this vital info, and this info on this delay was also completely missing from the order confirmation too, where it should have been clearly stated.. So customer keep in the dark due to poor communication their end, then rudely told off when they dare to complain that they have received no further info on the order for more than two weeks. Absolute clown show stuff and the rudest customer service I have experienced in many years.

Do yourself a big favor and buy from Table Tennis 11. Great service, super fast delivery and good tracking, and service agents that don’t make you feel like you are dealing with John Cleese in a bad Fawlty Towers episode, when you buy products to fix up the mistake they made on their last order. Avoid like the plague.

Looking forward to see how ATT tries to spin this abysmal customer service and deny fault when they are clearly in the wrong. Based on attitudes so far I would take their response with a truckload of salt......

Knowledgeable and Responsive – I went to change my rubber in the store and I was very satisfied with the service. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgable of the rubber that fits my bat and playing style. They did this by seeing my playing style with their robot. Overall, the quality and service was outstanding.

Such great customer responsibility is hard to come by from the retailers especially during this very difficult and business punishing Covid19 restrictions.
