We had an excellent experience with Austpek Bathrooms. We purchased an Otti Noosa Framed LED Gold Mirror 1500mm and an Otti Havana Oak Fluted wall hung vanity 1500mm. At the time of ordering, Otti Australia, had no vanity stone tops available and could not indicate when they would arrive. Because this was the only vanity we wanted to purchase, Austpek was happy to send us the mirror and vanity base and then the vanity top at a later date at no extra cost for a second delivery. I thought this was amazing considering we live rural NSW. Within two and a half weeks of ordering our items were delivered. To our surprise, the mirror, vanity and stone top arrived. The care taken in the packaging was exceptional and all items arrived without a scratch, mark or dent. We are so happy with our purchase and would like to thank the staff for their excellent communication and customer care. We highly recommend Austpek Bathrooms and will not hesitate to purchase from them again.
Avoid them at all cost! Extremely disappointed with this company, particularly their after-sales support. The tap arrived scratched across the top surface. Rather than dealing with it reasonably, their response was to suggest it looked like someone had deliberately taken a sharp tool and scratched it back and forth. This is despite the fact the tap is fixed from underneath and the scratches only become visible under certain light.
What followed was weeks of slow, painful communication. Responses took far too long and I repeatedly had to chase support just to get an update. There was no ownership or genuine attempt to resolve the issue — just deflection.
What should have been a straightforward warranty matter turned into an exhausting process. It became clear that saving around $100 was more important to them than customer satisfaction or avoiding negative feedback.
Bathroom hardware is something you expect to be supported properly if issues arise. Based on this experience, the after-sales support simply isn’t there when you need it.
Steer clear and purchase elsewhere — it’s not worth the hassle if something goes wrong.

I had a lovely experience with Austpek Bathrooms. The staff knew a lot about smart toilets and helped me pick one that suited my toilet dimensions and budget. I was so impressed after a month that I bought another for my mother who has arthritis. The automatic cleaning has been a real relief for her and made things more comfortable. Thank you Austpek!
