My card is now being declined on Amazon and now I cant even log in. Keeps saying it has sent an OPT number to my email address but am never receiving it. I have checked spam and every other folder possible. This card was great now it seems useless! How can I log it to my account???

I have an Australia Post prepaid Mastercard that is expiring at the end of May, and am inquiring about the renewal process for a new card to be issued, does it automatically get sent a replacement card or do I have to do the application process all over again

I went to load some money onto my card yesterday and was told the system was down
I can't do anything. I can't even login, and cannot speak to support to close the card or do anything.Basically my personal details,ID and banking details are now held hostage by nameless faces in a foreign country. Good luck. It is a disaster manifest. AVOID!

I’m experiencing the same thing,, I loaded $315 to my auspost mastercard last week Thursday and my card account is yet to be replenished. I went to the post to lodge a complaint and they told me the system is down!! For how long is this going to take is beyond my imagination. Has anyone ever experienced this??

I never used one..I only had $150 on it at a time for emergency or if left wallet at home it was always in the car,,I dont know if you can put in a pin or not,,but you can ask them...cant you?
my post office mastercard is broken
Hi Richard, Sorry to say that the whole Post Mastercard system is broken!!! They are totally useless since the Heritage Bank backing was removed. I have tried at many different outlets to pay with the card, unsuccessfully!!! This morning I went to the post-office to try my luck there, buying stamps and taking out money. It was declined!!! EVEN AT THE POST OFFICE! I was advised to contact the customer service at 131318. I won't hold my breath.

when i try to transfer funds from my everyday mastercard it takes me to cash passport page and tells me there is an error also i cant use the card for purchases anymore

Hi Zdena if you are talking about the security code it is found at the back but if you give the 1800 number at the back of card they are very helpful
I have "PENDING MICROSOFT\ST. LOUIS" for $0.00 showing up in my transactions, no date. I do not have any deductions pending from Microsoft at all. Should I be concerned?
Marian if I have an issue I ring the number at the back of the card , check the balance , then listen to commands till I can speak to an operator. They are usually pretty good. I wish you the best

why am i getting "incorrect security details" message
I would like to check my balance. I do have an account. My account has been locked and have problems resetting.
