Buyer Beware!!! – This broker is extremely dodgy, they take your money and don't deliver on what was promised, stay clear and save yourself the trouble. I had the worst experience trying to buy a car from them, stay clear

Terrible Service, No Contact, Don't buy from them – I called up this dealership about an old Magna. For full disclosure it was very cheap so i expected very little. Called three times Tuesday and Wednesday they couldn't be bother to return my calls or give me the banking details. Finally I got them on the fourth try. Fast forward until today- Sunday, car is still for sale, called at 9:00 am which is their opening time stated on their website. Finally at

9:30am i got onto someone but was told no one in sales turns up until 10am.

Called at 10am finally got onto a sales person.

Asked if the price was negotiate, I was told the manager would be called and they would get back to me.

They didn't call back but i decided i wanted the car.

Called them again for 7th and 8th 9th time to the land line, No one picked up.

Called mobile twice, no response, Sent a message to their mobile got a response that car was sold,

Responded i was annoyed that he never got back to me- not that the car was sold, that they didn't get back to me again.

I got an instant reponse that i had multiple opportunities to buy the car and that i had no right to be upset,

Their organisational skills and customer service is just joke.

Yes I should have bought the car earlier but alarm bells where going off about how disorganized they're and how poor their communication is.
