Customer support is very hard to find like this, they were super friendly and happy to throw in a rear camera bracket with my order as I made a mistake with my order. Many thanks to Andy and Tim.

Great support – Started having issues with my 750G Dashcam after a firmware upgrade. I contacted support and received a prompt reply with possible fault and what to try. Oliver from support then posted me a replacement rear camera which i fitted and my problem was rectified. Highly recommend them fantastic and prompt support in the event of any problems

Amazing after sales service – My BlackVue dashcam stopped working. Adam was very helpful guiding me through some troubleshooting. Unfortunately none of the solutions worked. I was invited to send SD card, both front and rear cameras to assess the issue. Adam kept me informed on the assessment and performance of my cameras. The camera was repaired and returned via express post. I was amazed at the service I received. My next dashcam will definitely be a BlackVue

car, once repaired, I bought a new BlackVue DR750X dual camera from the local Repco store. I expected to just swap it over but it didn't work. A quick call to autoblackbox (the Perth main supplier) tech. support soon explained to me the problem - a new wiring system meant I couldn't just swap them but I could simplify the installation. Maybe I should start to read the manual these days...? Nah!

The next day, having had lots of issues trying to set the DR750X up (all of my own making!), I took the old and the new cameras down to autoblackbox, as invited by the technician the previous day.

The old 650 was toast, wouldn't do a thing, deader than the dodo. Having tested the unit, Phil offered me the opportunity to upgrade the unit with a reconditioned 750S dual camera unit for a very fair and reasonable price, given the age of the old one. I was provided with a new mount and coax cable, all ready to go. Phil also configured and re-tested the unit there and then, ready to simply install.

Then came the new 750 unit. After updating the firmware and testing it, it appeared to be that part of the problem lay in my phone, Phil again took the time to configure the unit, ready for use so I could avoid the app problems for now (I eventually discovered the firewall was blocking the communication). Additionally, we concluded that the coax lead already in the car from the old unit was unsuitable so he provided me with a new one.

Phil is the sort of tech. support technician everybody needs when faced with a problem these days - patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He probably spent the better part of an hour with me but I left a happy, satisfied customer.

Now *that* is customer service.
