No attention to detail and arrogant – Had the family car detailed interior and paint correction. Swirling came back after first wash. Interior still had sand under mat.

Not knowledgeable in headlight restoration – They may be good at general car detailing however they said that the micro cracks on my headlights couldn't be removed. After going to another business that did in fact remove the micro cracks and restored my headlights I find it pretty bad for a detailing business that didn't/couldn't do a straight forward headlight restoration service, a service that they originally said they could do.
