Highly recommend Auto Pro Gawler today 2/11/2025. They fixed my problem, even though it was out of warranty, they said it just shouldn't have broken, so heres a replacement part, no charge. Great service and attitude. Show details

Terrible Service – Terrible service, I purchased Motospray Rust Converter from Gawler shop, I have used this product previously with amazing results. A month later I have had no further communication from the store so now I am left having to purchase an alternate product and out of pocket as they have Not refunded or credited.

Absolutely disgusting customer service – I was very disappointed in the customer service at the Harvey Bay auto Pro. My wife was in getting a haircut in shop next door. Complete Incompetents – A simple online purchase that took 17 days due to the incompetence of the manager at the Taree store in nsw. Couldn't organise a you know what in a you know where. Ridiculous, i won't shop outside of eBay again. At least you're covered there. Show details

Great staff but terrible suppliers - – Paid for a pair of sheepskin seat covers - not cheap - and was then told they were made for removable headrest seats and the supplier did not make them for one piece seats! Perfect!! If you have an older car with one piece bucket seats , and there are a lot of older cars out there , do yourself a favour and try MotorQuipe. I must state the staff at Autopro were very pleasant indeed but maybe more product knowledge is needed here?
Discriminating against disability. Nuriootpa – I have 5 cars and won't be buying anything from Nuriootpa. Was told I have to wear a mask, I have an exemption. Haven't been treated like this anywhere else in Adelaide.
Great service – I visited the Rockingham WA store for a new battery. Talked to Gerry about the battery and bought one that was on special. I had compared prices of other stores and I saved heaps. Gerry fitted the new battery free of charge. A good way to start the day, I'm very happy. Show details
Can’t test a faulty product as Manager on his lunch break – Recently purchased a reverse camera. I called the manufacturer The next day as you could not access anything on the head unit. They asked me to a couple of checks and confirmed it was faulty and return it to the store for a replacement. exchange it, if any hassles call the Wonthaggi store and they will assist. As they have no Metro stores I purchased the exact same unit somewhere else and it’s great. I went back to the Wonthaggi store exactly a week (Saturday) from original purchase as it’s a 90 minute drive there to be told that they have to check it on Monday and will get back to me. I said I’m not happy with that and I’d like to discuss with the Manager, well, then the owner comes out and says the same thing and I said I’m not driving another 90 mins back for my refund. He swiftly said we need to check that it’s fault and confirm that I did actually speak to the manufacturer (provided names and times, inc his staff member) to confirm my story..... the store was hardly busy so I suggested why don’t we plus it into a 12 volt power and you will see that it’s faulty, oh no I can’t do that right now he said, I asked why, the answer was I’m in the middle of my lunch! When I explained to the ladies at the front desk it has been returned before as there was no Promo sticker on the mirror, the reply I got was, it happens all the time where returned items just go back on the shelf. Amazing customer service and amassing Customer Experience. Well done.

Faulty battery terminals – When putting pressure on cable with clamps the body falls apart exposing there not brass but some alloy also found when doing up on battery they snap with hardly any pressure. Show details

Rockingham store – Ordered 10 liters of Liqui Moly for $190 with an oil filter. I went in to collect and was informed he could only get 8 liters with oil filter and its now more expensive at $196. So more expensive for less. My advice is unless it is in the shop do not buy. They will not inform you of change and leave you stuck. I will purchase from else where in future unfortunately. There was no price match at all. Quite incompetent. Show details
Great service, huge selection, friendly staff, and great prices – I have been buying from this store for over a year and have always left the store with a positive impression. Even when I have asked silly questions, the staff have always been professional and friendly. For Ararat this store is the first stop for any automotive or electronic need.
