Autosol Metal Polish Liquid

I recently read about the poor quality of Brasso metal cleaner so after investigating alternative products, came across Autosol Metal Polish Liquid and decided to give it a try. The product price was relatively cheap (less than $20) so if it didn't work as expected I could at least use on the car chrome work. In addition, I could purchase it locally so didn't need to order it online like so many other specialist cleaning products. I must say it more than met my expectations and, dare I say it, worked better than the previous metal cleaner I had. I used it on brass, copper, silver and pewter. The cleaning was a breeze, one firm wipe with a very small amount of cleaner and the tarnish was removed. A quick polish gave a brilliant shine. No special cleaning cloths are needed and the product also purports to leave an invisible film to protect from tarnish and rust. Time will tell but certainly its versatility of use on a variety of metals, the ease of application and the shine it leaves makes this product well worth buying. Can definitely recommend it as an excellent alternative to Brasso and Silvo.
