The battery has only been installed for one day but everything is working fine. One very satisfied customer, happy to recommend Autra to family and friends.

All to suit their installers needs, I cancelled my current setup with another company and arrange refunds, i was initially feeling really confident I had found a solution for my tenants, I was ultimately then told they would not sign up any new customers outside of a 100km radius, even after being quoted additional fees for this travel. It's 120klms ​Given the amount of time wasted and the "run-around" and now being left with no installer as I blew off other companies as I waiting for Autra to get back to me for payments. I cannot recommend this business.seems another business chasing as many government grants as possible vs actually trying to save Australians energy bills. EnergyLIB app allows me to see my input from my panels to my home and whats exported to the grid. Would highly recommend such a great system, especially as it's very reasonably priced compared to other 48kW capacity batteries. photographs and measurements prior to receiving the final quote. We decided to go ahead and paid the $500 deposit. We waited a few days to get an install date when we got a call late on a Friday notifying us there was a vacancy the follow day which we were happy with. The installers turned up on the install date, we did have one cable that was unaccounted for in the quote however they negotiated a price and we went ahead with the install. The whole installation took around 5 hours, they were very polite and knowledgeable and answered many queries we had on the day. Once the battery was installed they helped us set up the app and explained how it works. After service has been excellent. Autra batteries have provided advice on electricity providers to suit our particular circumstances. So far we are very happy with our battery and are already in credit when we were previously receiving electricity bills. We would recommend using Autra Batteries Australia to anyone considering getting a home battery.
