answers for when I asked for it. I generally work 8am to 4:30pm, so texting was a preferred method of contact for me. This was our first time getting Solar, and the process felt very smooth and easy.
I would also like to thank Matt and the boys that did the installation. They were very polite, fast and efficient. The full 22 Panels, Battery, Inverter bundle was installed within 4-5 hours. None of the roof tiles were damaged, and my home was respected. I also appreciate the long drive from Brisbane that was made for the job. Photos attached.

I dealt with Patrick and the process was relatively easy and was one of the better priced options. The installers were good guys and did a decent job for the price. They probably could've used conduit to cover the wiring though and not sure how long the safety stickers will last being stuck direct to the bricks. Show details

install. He is friendly, concise, professional and very knowledgeable when explaining what the install would require and addressed any concerns we had during the consultation phase. Waiting for the install to happen we recieved communication letting us know of any delays due to weather concerns and He made sure we had sufficent time to prepare before the installer arrived. Follow-up · The system is running so far so good. The grip recharges it to full in the 10am to 1pm when power grip is free. It performs well for the rest of the day. The installation was quick just 2 days after I pay the deposit. No issue at all for the subcontractor, they were quick and professional.

After Sales service is poor , rather non-existent. More than 2.5 months and Battery issue has not been resolved. Whattsapp, Phone, Emails no response from these guys. That very day the issue resurfaced, communiated to Solar Secure next day. Got a response back they are looking into it. So that 28th May.

What do you guys think? Is this how this whole industry works or is it unique to Solar Secure.
I think Solar Secure has done many installs and has no more capacity to support its customer due to too many faulty and low quality installs and have too many faults to fix.
Please share your views.
The after sales service is appalling. The installers put a hole in my roof which is causing mould in the ceiling and solar secure will not respond. They are worse than unresponsive as they do not follow through and lie about the warranty. You should avoid this at this unprofessional company at all costs
