Arise Solar

Had pylontech Batteries installed by Dean of Arise Solar. Be was quite efficient and done a great job. The guys in the office quite efficient as well and seem to know what they are selling and doing. From the first contact every thing went fairly smooth. 5 days from first contact to install. I am pleased with Arise Solar. Hopefully also for the next 10yrs of the warranty.

I had a 8kw solar 9kw inverter and 27kw battery installed. The products all seem very good. The installer took the time to do a neat and tidy installation. The positioning of the solar is very good at the rear of the house able to collect the maximum of 8kw easily. Show reply

After sales follow ups from Stan - amazing! Made sure that all work had been completed to our satisfaction, and that the system was performing as expected. feel like we got a good deal. Especially compared to another quote that we got from a very well-known supplier in North Queensland. The app that comes with the unit is also great, and displayed that one of our solar panels/strings had not been connected for some time, after we went back and checked previous bills. That's even after we had the previous solar company out to move the inverter due to renovations. Actually getting the batteries and new inverter install date took about 2 months from first enquiry to install, but I guess that just comes back to the time we tried to get the install done, just before the rebate expired. The installer and his team got the job done over two visits - due to our switch board needing something. I believe that if our switchboard had been newer this would have been sorted in one visit. Overall, we are very happy with the communication and service.

the entire process was highly professional and executed flawlessly. A massive thanks to the installer, Ali Issa and his teams. They did a outstanding job with the physical installation. Ali was incredibly knowledgeable, making sure every component was set up correctly, re-check the wiring and walk me through the monitoring app so I knew exactly how the battery and panels were interacting. All wiring around inverter and Switchboard is incredibly tidy, and they took great care not to damage my roof tiles. Ali set up app on multi devices before leaving, allowing me to view immediate generation results. The company also handled all the grid connection paperwork, saving me a massive headache.
