assured me of the product's quality and confirmed sufficient stock for installation within two weeks. However, after two months without any response regarding installation despite multiple follow-ups, I was informed just a week ago that the 50 KW battery was out of stock. Instead, I was offered an installation with a mid-range battery. Given these circumstances, I do not have sufficient time to pursue an alternative solution. This process has been quite frustrating.
We have had our battery and inverter installed a week ago. We found Jacob in sales and Luke the installer excellent to deal with. They were competent, professional and easy to deal with. To date our experience with Arise Solar has been a positive one
Gave me a crappy quote via a word salad Indian. Website says they will match any offer. When I sent them an offer from another company, the wouldn’t match it suggesting it’s not a genuine offer. While they're was an initial delay in installation and perhaps a small miscommunication, the installation process was very good. Today (18 March 2026), I experienced what I initially thought was a major issue with my battery. I contacted Arise Solar’s technical support, and to my surprise, Marshall, the technical engineer, answered my call on the first ring. He was exceptionally courteous and highly knowledgeable. He immediately began troubleshooting and identified the problem within 30 seconds—it was quickly resolved.

and I deside to deal with some company for solar battery and I made big mistake , this is going on since June 2025 solar battery given quote for FoxEss battery and been changed to Growatt solar battery , deliver by courier company, when installer come over to fit the solar battery there 2 batery was already damaged in the box need to wait for new battery, on meantime money paid for solar battery 15kWh $7751.00. The solar battery Growatt is very bad quality has problems from day one and after 1.5 month 2 battery is dead and since 8th of December waiting on update , with every second day I am sending emails and calling but get transfer to deferent department and still in the January nothing been done but I got answer from Growatt manufacture on WhatsApp chat that solar battery will be maybe delivery in the late February , so all summer no batteries when you need them most. Arise solar customer service shocking and frustrating , I rang to find out on update and as always there put you onhold and few minute after there telling you , we will call you back to get rid off you of the phone , still waiting on the phone call 2 days later ????
Follow-up · I am still waiting on warranty replacement solar battery, no updates yet from Arise solar . I need to call them and find out when we will get solar battery in the meantime we paid a lot of money and not happy because it's summer and we need to use air condition . Follow-up · Fantastic, Arise Solar has helped us so much it’s really amazing how much money we have saved on our electricity bill we pay almost nothing each month with our usage now being from a battery at night and our feed in credit though 6 cents is pretty ordinary helps to reduce it even further though the electricity companies will always find a way to make you pay something.

March, but NO! That did not happen either. So then I was promised a phone call by the last week of March. But NO, that also did not happen. Then I got a call from someone who could not speak good English and was so unprofessional in every way that I thought he must have been a conn artist. Now in April, I get and email saying that things have changed and I may have to put up with a smaller battery size and they will be charging me a new price that was not what I was quoted and signed up for. So RUN! Do NOT use this company! If you proceed with them, do so at your own risk. It will not end well. EDIT: After doing some checking with AI, I find they can and do pick and choose the best jobs and sign up as many as they can before the rebate starts to close down and hence they deliberately muck you around until you cancel as this is what they want and still gain from this. There is more to the story but to complicated to explain in short. Talk about unethical and crooked! Hence the replies from their representatives to these reviews are only to make themselves look like they care. THEY DO NOT! I emailed the sales person again about this and gave him the opportunity to keep the job but I was ignored. They do not want the job and wanted me to cancel. This has now cost me and wasted months of my time and they did not care in the slightest. As long as they made money. The law needs to shut these people down.

problem, I had plans with family for Easter, so an update re the actual time of installation would have been appreciated. 2. The guy who called me to advise the installation date also didn't let me know I'd be receiving a delivery of panels and batteries very early on Thursday morning. I had a knock on the door just after 7am and I was still in my pjyjamas and the poor delivery guy had a bit of trouble moving the pallets from the truck to my driveway due to the equipment he had and the nature of my driveway (grassy patch and pebbles) meaning the trolley didn't work very well. It took us quite a bit of time to get it sorted. While there was no problem in the end, I just thought I'd mention this in my feedback.
Overall I give you guys 4.5 out of 5 though. Great work.

explanation, he demanded some extra payment for switching the inverter to a 3-phase one (I always knew I needed a 3-phase inverted but was not aware the last quotation was quoted for single-phase inverter). Given the overall cost still lower than most retailers, I decided to stick to Arise and agreed with extra cost to seal the deal. The waiting time for installation fortunately was fast and I had someone contacted me 2-3 weeks after for it. The installation day was smooth and the installer did a good job. The system was installed next to my pre-existing 6.6kW solar panels with a Sungrow SG5KTL-MT_001_001 PV system. However, the system seemed to be acting strangely after, and I have been hit with large electricity usage, so much that it cost more than before I installed this system, though same household usage rate. I quickly escalated to Arise and Sasha had been very helpful to re-contact the installer for me. I had to look up the issues on FoxESS community and realised that it could be CT clamp issue which my installer agreed and rectified it. Luckily, there isn't any call out fees. Now the system is back to normal function. Kudos to Sasha for helping coordinate things between me and the installer, as well as pushing hard for the installer to attend as soon as possible to have my problem fixed. The overall experience is satisfactory but I certainly think there's still room to improve e.g. better communication especially I was left 'hanging' without knowing the progress of my application. Perhaps, Arise Solar could consider some financial compensation for the loss I suffered first two weeks after the system installation, only for them to reject my request. I will still recommend Arise for its' best value for money ESS.

Multiple follow-ups by phone and email resulted in promises of call backs that never happened. At one point I was even told paperwork was missing months after it had already been provided.
Several months later there is still no confirmed installation date, which has been very frustrating.
Based on this experience, this is not a company I would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable solar or battery installer. Beware of the chandlers and Parker’s of this organisation as they use fake names and emails to communicate.
Such a nice experience working with Arise Solar, as specially Stuart & Amber regarding my new solar system installation with the Fox ESS battery. They were very professional, helpful, and explained everything clearly, especially how to use the app and monitor the system. The installation process was smooth, and their support made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommend their service to anyone considering solar installation.
