the entire process was highly professional and executed flawlessly. A massive thanks to the installer, Ali Issa and his teams. They did a outstanding job with the physical installation. Ali was incredibly knowledgeable, making sure every component was set up correctly, re-check the wiring and walk me through the monitoring app so I knew exactly how the battery and panels were interacting. All wiring around inverter and Switchboard is incredibly tidy, and they took great care not to damage my roof tiles. Ali set up app on multi devices before leaving, allowing me to view immediate generation results. The company also handled all the grid connection paperwork, saving me a massive headache. Arise and worked with me through the entire process of around 3 months. It was a hard sell but I was a tough customer who had many, many questions, which Jacob was only too happy to promptly respond to. Through numerous emails, phone calls & text messages I eventually felt relatively comfortable that we were on the right tract.
But the best laid plans, as so often do, frayed at the seams on installation day. Fortunately, between the five of us (and Hanna in particular), a consensus was eventually agreed to and a solution to the issue sorted. This took a number of days over a weekend, and with a new install date set the process went ahead and I am extremely happy with the result.
The install occurred over an afternoon and following morning and Charlie from HNA Energy worked like a Trojan. He was happy to answer any questions we had and did an awesome job at making the new system neat and tidy.
Our PV array and Sungrow inverter was installed by Arise a number of years ago and the success of that install prompted us to include Arise in quotes for the new BESS. Because of the high demand, due to the government rebate, it was quite difficult getting quotes but Arise were by far the most eager to get our business and Jacob easily the keenest to please us.
Because of this we will be more then happy to look to Arise if/when we feel the need to add more PVs and/or an EV charger to our new mini home power plant in the future.
Thanks again to Jacob, Hanna, Charlie and Marcus for initiating, educating, guiding, negotiating and finally installing such a wonder system.

kW at midday—completely inexcusable for a 4.6 kW system. The system now relies heavily on grid power, defeating the entire purpose of installing solar and a battery.
Despite the installation, I continue to receive monthly grid charges with virtually no reduction, and there is no meaningful export or feed-in back to the grid. This clearly indicates the system is not functioning as intended.
This is not a minor issue or “tuning” problem—it is a fundamental installation or commissioning failure. The data shows PV voltage present but almost zero current, pointing to serious faults with connections, polarity, or configuration. These are basic checks that should have been completed before handover.
Even more concerning is the lack of accountability. These issues have remained unresolved since last September despite multiple emails and requests for support. Responses have been slow, dismissive, and ineffective, with no real action taken.
I strongly caution others—this has been a costly and frustrating failure.

hidden fees. The install was great and the price from Arise was extremely competitive. As with most installs, there was a couple of unpredicted hurdles however Arise and the subcontractors got it sorted without issue and I genuinely felt they had my best interests in mind.
Very happy with Arise (especially Hetal!) and happily recommend them.

I was happy that Arise sent me the Fox warrenty certs, and CCEW with out having to be asked.
At the time of install I provided a cover that goes on the battery to protect the cables. I became aware from other peoples installation's pictures etc on social media that there is also a cover available that protects the high voltage cables etc at the base of the inverter and that these covers had been provided by their installers. This cover was not provided by Arise. I wrote to them on 27 April and received no response and again on 16 May. This time they called me and I was put through to a lady who I think was on the installation side. She said she would find out about the cover and get back to me. As of early June I am still waiting.

Very poor customer experiences so far with Arise Solar, as they are good at getting the selling product, but any issues have no backup service, and take ages to come back with any servicing or warranty checks, asking for more money. Foxcess system installed by Arise Solar 43 Kv battery and 9kv hybrid inverter just after a months of installation problem started and Arise Solar wont help or send a techinican to support.

Buyer beware! Arise Solar took my deposit for 3 months and eventually returned it after multiple emails. Sales staff are so rude! System quoted was way oversized for the inverter and had hidden clauses.

Recently I upgraded our modem, which brought connectivity issues with PlayStations being directed to 2.4Ghz band and apps that relied on the 2.4Ghz wifi. I resolved the issue with connecting everything bar the Fox Cloud app. So I contacted Symond from Arise Solar support. He was quick to see the issue and had the app up and running in no time and took the opportunity to do an upgrade on our system at the same time. Show details · 1
