week and my battery was installed! The installing Company Arise Solar used was very professional and Nathan was always trying to complete the best install possible. It was a little tricky as the battery needed to be cabled on the other side of my home. After reading some of the horror stories by other people who used other solar Companies, I was a little worried about my install, but I should not have worried so much. Arise Solar, William from Arise and Nathan from the installation team were excellent and the whole process was flawless. Thanks for your all the efforts.

I had a 8kw solar 9kw inverter and 27kw battery installed. The products all seem very good. The installer took the time to do a neat and tidy installation. The positioning of the solar is very good at the rear of the house able to collect the maximum of 8kw easily. Show reply

feel like we got a good deal. Especially compared to another quote that we got from a very well-known supplier in North Queensland. The app that comes with the unit is also great, and displayed that one of our solar panels/strings had not been connected for some time, after we went back and checked previous bills. That's even after we had the previous solar company out to move the inverter due to renovations. Actually getting the batteries and new inverter install date took about 2 months from first enquiry to install, but I guess that just comes back to the time we tried to get the install done, just before the rebate expired. The installer and his team got the job done over two visits - due to our switch board needing something. I believe that if our switchboard had been newer this would have been sorted in one visit. Overall, we are very happy with the communication and service.

the entire process was highly professional and executed flawlessly. A massive thanks to the installer, Ali Issa and his teams. They did a outstanding job with the physical installation. Ali was incredibly knowledgeable, making sure every component was set up correctly, re-check the wiring and walk me through the monitoring app so I knew exactly how the battery and panels were interacting. All wiring around inverter and Switchboard is incredibly tidy, and they took great care not to damage my roof tiles. Ali set up app on multi devices before leaving, allowing me to view immediate generation results. The company also handled all the grid connection paperwork, saving me a massive headache. independent person out to look at it. [Name Removed] said he would pay $150 for the report and has paid nothing. He states that unless l have home wifi he will not look at it as he can only do it remotely. This is ridiculous. Send a physical person out to look at it. I live in Mackay and the person that they got to install it said that he won't work for them. What do you have to do to get a system under warranty fixed.

system. This work was requested on 7 September 2026, and it was agreed that the installation would be completed by 10 September 2026. To date, the required work remains outstanding.
The installation was paid for in full; however, the EPS backup functionality has not been completed or properly commissioned. As a result, the system is not providing the backup power capability that was represented and paid for.
Fox ESS Support has confirmed that Arise Solar, as the original installer, is responsible for completing the required configuration and commissioning of the EPS backup system.
Given that the agreed completion date has passed, I request that you treat this matter as a priority and arrange for a qualified installer to attend my property as soon as possible. Please provide:
A confirmed installation date and time. Written confirmation that the EPS backup system will be fully configured, tested, and commissioned. An explanation for the delay in completing the agreed works. The absence of a functioning backup power system leaves my household vulnerable during power outages and has prevented me from receiving the full benefit of the system purchased.
I would appreciate your response within the next two business days.

The installation crew were equally impressive. They showed up on time, worked cleanly and efficiently, and took the time to walk me through the system before leaving. The workmanship was tidy, the site was left spotless, and everything was up and running on the day. The FoxCloud monitoring app was set up without any issues, and the system has been performing exactly as expected since day one. There was very little follow-up regarding when the equipment would arrive, when the installer would attend, or how the installation process would be coordinated.
After the installation, packaging and other rubbish were left on my property. When I raised the issue, I was told the delivery driver would remove it. However, when I contacted the delivery driver, I was told that removing the rubbish was not his responsibility.
This is a clear indication of poor coordination between the different teams. The customer should not be left in the middle trying to work out who is responsible for what.
I have also experienced difficulties getting responses after the installation. Calls requesting assistance or a callback have not been properly followed up, which is extremely frustrating when you have already paid for a significant installation.
What is even more disappointing is that I have now come across another customer who apparently experienced a very similar issue several months ago. If the same problems are continuing, it raises serious concerns about whether feedback is actually being addressed.
Selling a product is only one part of the business. Customer service, communication, coordination and after-sales support are equally important.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a solar installation. The experience has been unnecessarily stressful and could have been avoided with basic communication and proper coordination between the teams.
I sincerely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves its after-sales service, because customers should not have to chase multiple departments just to get basic issues resolved.

AriseSolar encourages customers to leave five star reviews at the time of sign up, but when warranty support is needed, they create obstacles and avoid responsibility. they used every poor excuse not to cover your warranty product. they demand for $220 dollar just to get Serial number. 370W Plus panel, which is still under a 10 year warranty. When the panel became damaged provided all evidence with themel scan images which show the damge, the company attempted to charge me a fee simply to obtain the serial number. I found this unreasonable and contacted the Fair Trading Office before providing the serial number.
After Fair Trading became involved, delaying. Fair Trading forwarded me the trader’s written response, in which the company acknowledged that the Jinko 370W panel is no longer available and offered a refund equivalent to the cost of one panel that is the response I have received from Fair trading.
Despite this written commitment, the company has now changed its position and is refusing to provide either a replacement or a refund. I provided the serial number as requested. The company then claimed my photos were unclear and continued using excuse on the excuse. This behaviour appears to be part of a broader pattern affecting multiple consumers.
I am thinking to take them QCAT and Fair trading now worst company to deal with . They will respond here with excuse and try to shift the blame on the customer. The real company evaluates after sale Service not when the customer get forced to review at the beginning of Sale

claim through QCAT but this could take 18 months or more unless I wanted to hire a private Legal Representative. Arise Solar has admitted to Fair Trade that they were in the wrong ( I have that email ) but still won't act. Also I was advised that due to ASIC moving to close them down a few years ago, the owners started another 2 different Solar Providers following the same tactics.
