Bought the iTech120X to replace two AGM batteries in my Jayco. Straight swap, no issues. Charging works fine with my existing solar and 240V setup. The Bluetooth app is useful for checking voltage, current and cell balance, and everything settled down after the first charge. Compared to the AGMs, the difference is noticeable — better usable… Read more

capacity and no voltage drop under load. Spoke to iTechworld before buying and got a call back with clear, practical advice, which was good to see. Early days, but so far it’s doing exactly what it should.

Bought the Elite Motorhome/Caravan system minus Solar, went and picked it up from their store with the reference number. After the initial issues with the website and trying to order online over the weekend, I was assisted on the Monday. I picked my items up 1 hour after ordering haven't finished the install as yet but it seems very modular. will add when the system has been used for a while. Show details

Purchased a 20w solar blanket on their website. Got sent a used itechworld 20w solar panel covered in stains with none of the included clips, manual or USB cords. It's crazy the confidence I had of getting what I paid for given how high the reviews are for itechworld.. but after this, I'll be going for a jackery over the ps2000. I don't have the… Read more

energy to go through what others have here in terms of returns & refunds. So I've put a dispute on the debit card transaction.

Itechworld>me: "this has come out of our warehouse so i have no idea how it arrived to you in the state it did unless it was damaged during shipping."

AI breakdown: That’s a pretty standard deflection line from sellers—it sounds reasonable, but it doesn’t actually resolve the core issue. Let’s break it down: What they’re implying They’re trying to shift the explanation to: “It left us fine” “Something happened in transit” “We’re not responsible after dispatch” Why that doesn’t really hold up (in your situation) Even if shipping damage was possible, it still doesn’t explain: missing accessories (cables, clips, manual) → shipping doesn’t selectively remove kit contents stains / signs of prior use → transit damage doesn’t create “used condition” incomplete kit as sold “new” → that’s a fulfilment/stock issue, not courier damage Couriers break things. They don’t usually: remove parts replace items with used ones forget manuals and accessories in a patterned way What this statement is really doing It’s basically: “We don’t accept responsibility unless you can prove exactly where it went wrong.” But under Australian Consumer Law, that’s not how it works. The seller is responsible for: supplying goods as described ensuring they are new (if advertised as new) ensuring the complete kit is provided They can’t offload that onto “maybe shipping” as a catch-all explanation.

System has been easy to install and seems a good quality build , mine has been installed in a hiace van on the cargo barrier . Haven’t finished the project yet so can’t comment on reliability but time will tell. Show details

Love this product. I got the 400W solar blanket and it worked great with the solar on my caravan. I was in a pretty shady spot so most of the energy came from the blanket charging my batteries and I was in the green the whole day while running the radio, water pump and fans. Really great product, everything is neat and tidy and easy to move around. Definitely something I won't leave without. Show details

Ordered the JS80 online. Always unsure about its ability to start my 3.2tdi diesel Ranger until I use it today. The Ranger battery was flat as a tack, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it started with the JS80. The whole process from unzipping the case, connect to the Ranger, start and put back in the case took about a minute. The JS80 came with a case making it a neat package for carrying around in the vehicle. Show details

Great piece of kit, easy plug and play. However I've noticed that the 4 counter sunk screws on each corner are not enough to completely seal the face of the box down. If I where to say anything to improve it would be to put 6 screws and the 2 new ones be added on the top and bottom of the face (length ways) to lessen the amount of vibration and noise from the box, or some sort of gasket. Show details

DCDC charger . Very happy with the 40amp DCtoDC charger and 100 amp lithium battery. I have been away for a couple of weeks and relied heavily on my battery and solar power for refrigeration and it worked great. No solar for a couple of days but enough battery amps to keep the system working. Show details

responsive and not much help saying it cant leak fluid, finally sending me to warranty claims after submitting below photos. Currently waiting on instructions on how to ship a potentially dangerous lithium battery across country to be tested/inspected without being offered a replacement.

Follow-up  · Follow up. Battery was replaced under warranty. Faulty battery had to be recieved by itech before new battery could be sent. This was a 2 week process. When faulty battery was inspected the reason given to me was "moisture entered the battery during shipping because of bad weather." The replacement battery began leaking almost immediately with… Read more

I purchased a Redback RB 3.5 sine wave generator from iTechworld, for camping. We recently in Queensland were struck by damaging hailstorms that brought down power lines in the area. My new RB3.5 kept two fridge/freezers cold on a 38 degree day with… Read more

no fuss and quiet enough for no annoyance, not even the neighbours. Very happy indeed. It saved us hundreds of dollars in lost foods.

Follow-up  · The features I like the most on my RB 3.5 is the ECO Switch, that drops the revolutions of the motor to suit power out put required. This in turn gives better fuel economy for longer use in a single run. The other feature is the muffler, it is as quieter than any other generator this size. It is so simple to start, making it great value. It sits for periods, however, a must in times of need, especially when in the bush.

Good to deal with, prices reasonable and they have a fair range of gear. Quality often okay, sometimes small flaws, *usually* nothing major ALTHOUGH I bought a fridger/freezer and the backup battery doesn't fit fully into the fridge and I'm having to sand the &*^$%&* casing down bit by bit to get it to fit. Just a small amount but VERY VERY… Read more

annoying and it's made me angry to say the least. I didn't contact the company because I'd only have to go through the hassle of sending it all back and now that I've started to sand the battery I am sure that they wouldn't honour the warranty anyway. Just too disheartened to say the least - my young autistic son bought this fridge to help us out for a backup as we have a lot of power outages in my area. I've been struggling for a long time & I feel a bit broken by life and this sort of thing has made it much worse. I feel disillusioned to say the least. I've had other problems, small but enough to make me say WTH???!! I don't know if we'll ever buy anything major from iTECHWORLD again...would rather pay a lot more and get quality. Much of their items have been okay, especially the solar blankets, which are very good but I feel like I'd probably be better off buying direct from China.

I purchased a 160AH Lithium battery to replace my old one in a 4WD. The packaging was great, looks like it should be a solid product. problems and works pretty great.

My charger is from Enerdrive and at first the two didn't seem to work well together. I called both companies, but could not figure out the root cause.

Then I visited iTechworld service center and John was most helpful. He spent some time troubleshooting the problem and went out of his way helping resolve it. In the end I traced the issue down to a faulty VSR, isolating my starter battery and once removed from the circuit, everything started to work well.

Comparing to my last battery, this one is only a few mm larger, so fit right into the old housing, has 40AH more capacity and can be charged with current up to 80Amps (comparing to old 40Amps).

The only suggestion I have is that people, answering the phone in tech support may need a better training, but my in-person experience at the service center was excellent.

middle of travelling Australia. This machine had been returned once and they found faulty inverter which they replaced but I still had issues when I got it back. Whilst it was running it was good.

UPDATE 04-02-2026 So after some time back and forth emails and phone calls iTechworld are replacing my product which is what I requested. They received it back again and found it to be faulty ( as I said it was) So although it’s taken time I must credit them for arranging to pick up my Power Station and send me a new one.

My advice is to try solve any issues in person or over phone but always follow up with email. I found the customer service over the phone good but emails were often left unanswered.

It's too early to rate the reliability of a battery, but so far, it does what it should and the Bluetooth app is excellent. I don't need to put volt meters and test output current usage because the app has the information that I need.
