100 Watt folding solar panel a replacement of an older one without the raptor coating, tried it out as an extra while we are caravaning and worked great the same as the slimline 200watt just for the two car fridges . Would I buy from iTech again yes Show details
Currently at Karijini and have found the ifrost fridge freezer (40Ltr), solar blanket and 1800 power bank working a treat. Fantastic products. Thank you iTechworld Show details
PRESSURE SALES NOT APPRECIATED! Nor the TWO cold calls I received after spending all weekend researching a solar, battery and inverter upgrade for my new caravan. What I didn't ask for was a phone call, unsolicited asking if there were questions. I hadn't even bought anything, just added items to the cart!!! $2343 worth after discounts! Then… Read more
again - another call! The flippant nature when I addressed the concern is astounding! Yes, I'd created an account in anticipation of purchasing. BUT these calls crossed a line of privacy and I've spent the rest of the day finding alternatives! Happy to say I found alternatives of comparable (often better) for approx $500 cheaper. Really sad, I watch SKT, where Sarah & Keelan's youtube channel had built up some trust in this brand, ruined in a heartbeat by these two calls. If each caller had apologised, this review wouldn't exist. Instead I was cut off both times mid-sentence. AVOID!

Recently picked up the iTechworld 400W Raptor Coat Solar Blanket and couldn’t be happier with it. From the moment we unpacked it, the setup was genuinely plug-and-play. No messing around, no complicated configs — just roll it out, plug it in, and you’re up and running within minutes. Perfect when you’re setting up camp and don’t want to waste time… Read more
fiddling with gear. Build quality feels solid and well thought out. The Raptor coating gives it that extra durability you want when you’re out in the elements, and it packs down nicely without taking up heaps of space. What really impressed us though was the solar collection. Even in less-than-perfect conditions, it was still pulling in great input and keeping everything charged without stress. Exactly what you want for off-grid setups. If you’re chasing a reliable, easy-to-use solar blanket that actually performs, this is a solid bit of kit. Highly recommend for anyone doing caravaning or off-grid travel.

Love this product. I got the 400W solar blanket and it worked great with the solar on my caravan. I was in a pretty shady spot so most of the energy came from the blanket charging my batteries and I was in the green the whole day while running the radio, water pump and fans. Really great product, everything is neat and tidy and easy to move around. Definitely something I won't leave without. Show details
Purchased slimline 50AH battery. Does the job running my compressor and the Engel. The Bluetooth feature is great and allows me to keep a close eye on the charge state of the battery. Would highly Recommend. Show details
Ordered the JS80 online. Always unsure about its ability to start my 3.2tdi diesel Ranger until I use it today. The Ranger battery was flat as a tack, and I was pleasantly surprised at how easily it started with the JS80. The whole process from unzipping the case, connect to the Ranger, start and put back in the case took about a minute. The JS80 came with a case making it a neat package for carrying around in the vehicle. Show details
Purchased 2 x 150w semi flexible panels for yacht to mount on canvas. Very happy with quality and ease of installation. Pumping over 15amps back into the battery’s. Will be a good test for longevity sitting out full time in the salt environment of a boat. Quick delivery and well packaged.

Purchased a 20w solar blanket on their website. Got sent a used itechworld 20w solar panel covered in stains with none of the included clips, manual or USB cords. It's crazy the confidence I had of getting what I paid for given how high the reviews… Read more
are for itechworld.. but after this, I'll be going for a jackery over the ps2000. I don't have the energy to go through what others have here in terms of returns & refunds. So I've put a dispute on the debit card transaction.
Itechworld>me: "this has come out of our warehouse so i have no idea how it arrived to you in the state it did unless it was damaged during shipping."
AI breakdown: That’s a pretty standard deflection line from sellers—it sounds reasonable, but it doesn’t actually resolve the core issue. Let’s break it down: What they’re implying They’re trying to shift the explanation to: “It left us fine” “Something happened in transit” “We’re not responsible after dispatch” Why that doesn’t really hold up (in your situation) Even if shipping damage was possible, it still doesn’t explain: missing accessories (cables, clips, manual) → shipping doesn’t selectively remove kit contents stains / signs of prior use → transit damage doesn’t create “used condition” incomplete kit as sold “new” → that’s a fulfilment/stock issue, not courier damage Couriers break things. They don’t usually: remove parts replace items with used ones forget manuals and accessories in a patterned way What this statement is really doing It’s basically: “We don’t accept responsibility unless you can prove exactly where it went wrong.” But under Australian Consumer Law, that’s not how it works. The seller is responsible for: supplying goods as described ensuring they are new (if advertised as new) ensuring the complete kit is provided They can’t offload that onto “maybe shipping” as a catch-all explanation.
Follow-up · Q1: Was the packaging damaged on arrival? The packaging was not damaged on arrival. All stickers on the packaging from the warehouse were sealed along the box. Q2: How was the panel’s overall condition? The panels overall condition was awful. Stains (brown & white, can't be good). The USB port in the panel has definitely been penetrated.… Read more

DCDC charger . Very happy with the 40amp DCtoDC charger and 100 amp lithium battery. We purchased the PS 2000 power station and 300w solar panel. First use last weekend everything worked as advertised very satisfied with performance. Bit of confusion setting up Solar blanket as I thought the bonus regulator that comes with the array needed to be used. Fortunately a camping neighbour had a similar setup and sorted me out. instruction manual is tiny and not easy to understand bit that's a minor issue. Dave the salesman who sold us the kit was knowledgeable and helpful.
First time experience using the PS200 Lithium power station and had received helpful support from Zac at Forrestdale Store as well as received a great deal on the bundle! Camping just got a whole lot more comfortable with the power station :) Show details
Purchased a 10m Anderson plug extension cable for my 300W fold out panel. The cable is high spec and very heavy when compared to the cables I saw being used by other campers on a recent trip. When connected to my existing iTech 5m cable, I'll have the flexibility required when camping in shady spots. Show details

I wouldn't know as u sent out the wrong gear. I'm still waiting 4 u 2 send out the PS3600PRO is what I originally paid 4. But received EB3840 never ordered. I decided 2 buy it rather send it back. Spoke 2 tech support they said had 2 pay 4 EB3840 before they would send me out the PS3600PRO. Bank took 24 hours 4 payment 2 clear. Then tech support… Read more
told me they have NO more PS3600PRO in stock. I've spent around $8,000 at ITechworld & still don't have PS3600PRO. Also after paying 4 the EB3840 that arrived instead of PS3600PRO. I then received an email with a tracking number stating that a 2nd EB3840 is coming. I won't b paying or picking that 1 up when it arrives. The only professionalism & competent I've seen is in the tech support. U need new people in your customer service & loading bay. Once I receive my PS3600PRO ITeachworld won't get my business, my families or my friends business. I better b the 1st 2 receive my PS3600PRO when u restock on the PS3600PRO just saying. Good to deal with, prices reasonable and they have a fair range of gear. Quality often okay, sometimes small flaws, *usually* nothing major ALTHOUGH I bought a fridger/freezer and the backup battery doesn't fit fully into the fridge and I'm having to sand the &*^$%&* casing down bit by bit to get it to fit. Just a small amount but VERY VERY… Read more
annoying and it's made me angry to say the least. I didn't contact the company because I'd only have to go through the hassle of sending it all back and now that I've started to sand the battery I am sure that they wouldn't honour the warranty anyway. Just too disheartened to say the least - my young autistic son bought this fridge to help us out for a backup as we have a lot of power outages in my area. I've been struggling for a long time & I feel a bit broken by life and this sort of thing has made it much worse. I feel disillusioned to say the least. I've had other problems, small but enough to make me say WTH???!! I don't know if we'll ever buy anything major from iTECHWORLD again...would rather pay a lot more and get quality. Much of their items have been okay, especially the solar blankets, which are very good but I feel like I'd probably be better off buying direct from China.

I have been an ITech customer for many years and have setup several complete systems (camper van, off grid cabins) using a mix of ITech and other components. For batteries, I find that the ITechs are good value and have proven reliable. I had a failure on one of the four chargers that I have bought from them. Returning it for testing was a slow process but in the end and despite being a bit out of warranty, they sent me a replacement. Thanks :) Show details
The guys who sold me the stuff where good, its just that i got the inverter back and had no power, but after emailing someone I can now take it back and get it replaced thanks Show details
