Good resolution

Bought the 1300P Lithium power station with solar blanket package. The unit has been used less that 15 times since purchase. Took it back to Itechworld to get it checked. Received an email from them stating that there was a problem with the main control board and as it was out warranty, I either had to pay $649 for repairs or I could upgrade to the new model for $1599. After some email back and forth, I spoke to customer service who said that even though the unit was out of warranty, as a goodwill gesture, they would repair the unit at no cost and add a further 3-month warranty on the repair. Show details

The charger is compact and will hopefully do the job

Love this itech world charger. Compact, effective and simple to use. Just connect and forget.

My first attempt at install was a disaster, not sure what happened. When I got back to Perth I took it in the the Itech world office where they quickly resolved the issue by replacing the unit. I suspect that the issue was caused by me. New unit installed and has worked like a charm ever since. Love the product so much that I went back and bought some solar panels as well. Show details

This company does not issue invoices

It’s strange that a company sells its product without issuing invoices. It’s not possible to download an invoice from the web-site’s profile. Finally, when trying to arrange getting an invoice talking to someone over the phone, one might spend an hour without connecting to anybody. Do you guys understand that invoices are required for accounting purposes?
Zero customer service over the phone.

Ps2000 power bank

I bought the PS2000 power bank from ItechWorld. Packaging: solidly packed with plenty of protection. Heavy box to carry. Service in store: under staffed. One person at the counter. Product ( initial look): well designed, the covers on the sides ,covering the plug tops and solar/power inputs, are going to be damaged in my 4wd. No way of removing them. Big lcd screen, all the information available to make informed decisions. Charging: can be charged via solar/power/alternator. Update: ...... Show details

Customer service

It’s fantastic and refreshing to deal with a company that actually cares about their customers.
I had a slight issue with a solar blanket, they asked me to send it back - this process alone was made so easy by them.
ITech we’re not happy just to fix the problem, I would have been fine for it to be fixed, so they replaced it and sent it back to my current location (full time travelers).
The product itself is fantastic, the Raptor Skin 300W solar blanket.
I can’t thank them enough for their amazing service.
Cheers Show details

Happy Customer!

Totally satisfied with my experience with iTechworld. Had purchased a charger previously and then this time purchased a PS2000 Powerstation. One day after my purchase this product came on sale offering a solar blanket in the package. Upon presentation of proof of purchase, the company willingly allowed me to benefit from this great offer. Thank you so much to the staff involved. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone wishing to purchase their products. I am rapt in my purchase!  Show details

ITECH, GREAT PRODUCT AND SERVICE

After trying many brands it is great to find an Australian product that far out performs others on the market. I recently visited Itech in Perth and was served by Andy who was very knowledgeable about all the products I enquired about. I purchased a 20000 mah power bank and a 20w foldable solar blanket. After just spending, 10 days in Karajini found both products to be invaluable and kept everything charged. Thanks to Andy for a pleasing experience Show details

Stay away not safe in my opinion

Ps2000 was received as part of a motor home purchase.
Has a fault so rang itech support.
So heres the great Australian company wont help at all, wont discuss with an electronics repairer have no network of repairers and do not.want to know you.
You can send it back even if your happy to pay unless you are the original purchaser
This thing is a time bomb that i have now put out in the fire safe area as i have no idea what it is likely to do.
Thermal runaway worries me with this and they wont talk or even acknowledge this product without being the original purchaser.
Do yourself a favour buy from a supplier known for after purchase service ive never had such an aggrevated conversation with zero help.
Id stay well away from these guys.

Itechworld SP2000

I bought an SP2000 portable power station from Itechworld, I found them to be a great company to purchase from, very helpful, knowledgeable and overall great to communicate with. I was offered a great price so went ahead with the purchase, and so pleased I did. I've since added 2x 150 watt Itechworld solar panels to the canopy of my car, to cater to the charging needs. I can also charge it from 240v mains or by 12v, there are a multitude of different sockets to power virtually anything including 240v appliances with the inclusion of a 2000w inverter. I'm so far very pleased with my purchase, and so thankful I found out about this devise from Itechworld. I won't be shopping anywhere else for my vehicle power needs. Show details

Will not be buying from these people again

Very poorly made products , this might explain why they don’t stand behind there products . I purchased one of their 40Amp chargers , stopped working after using it once so I returned it but was told it was out of warranty and not worth fixing ( or they couldn’t be bothered ) so they offered me $25 off retail for a brand new $500 charger . I replied and said I wasn’t happy with that response and they ignored me .
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone , especially if you want a lasting product and one that is backed by the retail seller . Very disappointed Show details

I'm looking for an inverter that will run minor appliances if free camping overnight without having to crank up ur 2.4kv Briggs and Stratton Generator which was mainly purchased to run the air con in our van. We would like advice as to what power inverter we would need to boil a standard electric jug 22000w, a small "ELTA" brand fan heater wattage unknown as there is no sticker but I believe also about 2200 watts, plus being able to use a 900w Camec Micrwave for a couple of minutes at a time just heat some food or warm milk for the morning weetbix! None of these appliances would be run at the same time. I'm seeing a lot of very cheap inverters on Market Place all new and in boxes at prices as low as $ 95. LVYUAN I assume Chinese with very mixed reviews. I doubt I would buy one. What I don't need is something that gets hot, doesn't do the job and could cause a fire. My Van has 2 batteries in the front boot and one solar panel on the roof wattage unknown. There is a 12v system under the bed showing 13.5v and another box.."Projecta" showing "Fully charged...25watts" My tow tug a Nissan Navara Duel cab has a battery in the back which is used to power my rear suspension air bag inflation punp. Unfortunately my 11 month old Windsor Infinity Van came without manuals...not one, and despite a number of requests from the selling dealer I have not received any so have approached the Manufacturer 'Apollo" direct to see if I can get all the manuals, so I'm a novice flying blind. In the mean time I can only give specs on the small appliances we would like to run for convenience without hauling out the Generator just for an overnight free camp stop. Any thoughts on my needs for an inverter or should I go to an auto electrician with the Van? What should a suitable inverter be in terms of power and at what cost including installation if my needs as explianed above are all I need.

Hi Steve, Thanks for getting in touch.
You would need our 3000 Watt inverter for the applications mentioned above.
Here it is --> external link

Have been told that when DCDC40amp running on solar input it may drag start battery down??? I have not had the problem but just asking..

itechworld
itechworld   DM

Hi Bryan, That is not correct. The iTECHDCDC40 isolates the cranking battery and ensures it always has a voltage of 12.8v or higher. The solar circuit on the iTECHDCDC40 only charges the Aux battery.
