went smoothly despite some extra work, and we regularly use the app to monitor the battery and are already seeing a noticeable drop in our electricity usage.
Follow-up · They have been very slow to address an issue I have raised with them 3 times now. They seemed much more enthusiastic getting the first review out there. Now, not so enthusiastic. Maybe if I raise the issue with them a forth time they might actually do something?
Overall it’s not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The whole process has been easy, they have been very informative, and I like that I can get a hold of them whenever I need. I would also like to add that I’m happy with where my bills sit thanks to the solar system. Show details
Follow-up · Resinc got solar installed in less than 2 weeks after signing contract. I was expecting longer but it appeared that they might have a slot and filled it up with my order. Installation was done within one day. After sales support has been great so far - during the first 12 months after installation, Resinc initiated 3 complimentary TCs to follow up my questions and review performance of the solar.

our decision to go with the company. The installers were great, honest and helpful, and made the whole process easy on the day. The after sales service has been largely positive, with follow up check-ins to ensure we are getting good use of the app and maximising our savings and energy management. The post in-person check-in, which lead to this review, was mixed; rather than providing any meaningful advice, it seemed to be largely focused on gathering feedback from us as users and gathering a testimonial/review. Again, consistent with the initial sales service, it was too heavy handed despite the two men being pleasant enough. In terms of the app mentioned earlier, it's simple to use and easy to understand, even though I don’t check it often. Our first bill showed a substantial saving -- going from $300 to $30, so it's well worth it. I'd definitely recommend solar to anyone interested in saving money, increasing the resale value of their property and reducing their environmental impact, and though it's been a relatively short period, Resinc's equipment, installation and availability for support seems solid enough.
Take your time and get three companies around to talk you through their products and installation. Do not rely on zoom for a polished spiel backed by a professional presentation. Certainly the Resinc staff who contacted us (my wife) throughout the installation were polite, friendly, helpful and apologetic. We wanted our colorbond roof painted before installation so our delay last year was at our request. Subsequent delays were contractor driven. Some of these were understandable with high winds and extreme temperatures causing safety concerns for the workers. In essence though the contractors did not finish till 3 February 2026 in a saga that commenced on 26 November. Communication with the contractor was problematical throughout as to when workers would turn up, what needed to be done or why delays were happening. The contractor pointed the finger at Resinc for ordering the wrong parts/equipment. Who knows what happened other than I am unhappy. As an aside the initial progress of solar panels on my roof inspired my neighbour to install them on his. Not quite as many as me and not the same batteries but his was up and running in two days. Be careful and good luck.
We really trusted the door knocker who came to our house. He was such a nice bloke we nearly invited him to dinner. Long after he left, the interaction stayed with us. There was never any pressure. I didn’t feel that usual urge to shut the door quickly like you do with most door knockers. Instead, he was approachable, happy to answer questions, and completely unhurried. There was no push to sign up or even make a call, just “take your time and let us know.”
What I loved as a woman was that I felt included in the conversation. We were simply talking and chatting, and it was genuinely lovely. I didn’t feel any sales pressure, and I never felt silly for asking questions. If I didn’t understand something, instead of waiting to ask my husband later, the salesman would ask me first, “Do you understand? Do you have any questions?” That made me feel included, which I really appreciated.
It was refreshing. We felt reassured that we could make the decision in our own time and trust that, when we were ready, we’d be looked after by professionals offering the right advice for our family and our solar needs.

We’ve had Resinc Solar come out and assess the solar panels on our home. We previously had an older system on the roof which they replaced, and we’ve just sat down for our 12 month post install review. We’ve realised just how beneficial the new system has been, especially seeing how much power we’re sending back to the grid. Everything with the system has been amazing. I love the app and use it every day to check how much I’m making and when I need to turn on appliances to utilise the free power I’m generating and keep my bills lower.
