I had the driest hands over winter and needed something to soothe my cracked skin. This stuff works wonders. I never usually leave reviews but wow - this product is amazing. After just the second time applying the hand cream I noticed a drastic difference and my skin remained soft and smooth. I tend to apply it twice a day (although I think once a day would suffice) and it's worked wonders!

Excellent product – This is the only hand moisturiser that prevents red blisters on my hand from coming back. Very effective especially during winter. Show details

Works well like an invisible glove – This is quite a thick cream that sinks into your skin leaving a slightly tacky surface before absorbing completely leaving your skin soft and moisturised. Unlike regular hand creams, it seems to survive hand washing. I also like that it is not greasy / slippery like some other hand creams and I can get on with typing or using a touch screen… Read more

shortly after applying it. I also like to apply a layer and rub it around my nails and cuticles to protect my hands before I garden.

As I like florals and things that smell nice (to me!), Aveeno’s non-smell is a “con’. However, because it works so well it is on my regular buy list and I treat it as my “working” hand cream. And sometimes I use Aveeno, wait for that to absorb then layer a nice-smelling hand cream on top to enjoy.

This is also a good cream to use on other dry bits like elbows, knees and heels.

The only moisturiser that relieved my dermatitis – I’ve had dermatitis on my hand for 9 years that never wanted to go away, tried moisturiser after moisturiser — used this product for a 3 months and my hand finally feels soft like skin should be, it’s turned from red to my normal skin colour. I haven’t seen my hand “normal” in that long, it feels unbelievable… Show details

Nourishing hand cream – This hand cream works well to instantly soothe dry skin. It’s great on my hand when I have been working all day and it brings relief. I have repurchased and would highly recommend this unscented nourishing thick hand cream.  Show details

Even helps you sleep! – I found this cream to be amazing! In particular, I was searching for a foot cream but also have a dry complexion so wanted to use it on my face and hands. Generally, I needed a good all round cream. At first I was a bit sceptical as I’ve tried these sorts of creams before but after searching for a while and reading past reviews I thought I’d give… Read more

this one a shot - and I’m glad I did. The dryness between my toes simply disappeared and as a secondary effect, my foot odour decreased too (happy wife, happy life). My heels also improved although I’d wait for the cream to absorb before putting on your shoes.

It worked well to soften the dry skin around my eyes and ears, although I wasn’t a huge fan of the smell initially - just a personal thing. It did grow on me and now I put it on my feet and face just before bed to help me sleep, although it may be that my wife hates the wet mushy sheets and has moved into the other room.

Best cream ever – This hand cream is absolutely brilliant! It absorbs very quickly and does last through handwashing. The cream simply works and not just sits as a greasy layer on top of the skin like other more expensive products. On my third tube now!

Intense Hand Relief – If your hands are very dry or cracked, or irritated from using some kind of harsh chemical or a highly scented cleaning product, this product is great to apply as it really soothes.

Good on hands that need that little extra – Have gone through so much of this my whole family loves this .I work with water all day and this is the only cream that actually soothes my hands and keeps moisture locked in . Not expensive is a bonus . Should come in a larger size . Good for sensitive skin also has no fragrance which is a good thing.

Relief for very dry hands – I’m a cleaner and don’t wear gloves, so my hands are in and out of water, holding wet and dry cloths, and coming in contact with various cleaning products. Yesterday my hands and nails became so dry and has rough bits of skin catching on things. I searched reviews for a supermarket brand of cream and decided on the Aveeno. After one… Read more

application my hands feel so much better. The cream doesn’t seem to leave a residue which I like. Normally I avoid applying hand creams because five minutes later I’m putting my hands in water again.

The Aveeno cream apparently lasts through hand washing, so we’ll see

Simply the best – I have very dry hands with eczema scarring and my hands are very sensitive to hand cream with perfume. Aveeno is the only hand cream I use. It is light, absorbs quickly and very moisturising. I am very happy with this product - hope it comes in a smaller tube for my handbag.

Absolutely the BEST – Might be a bit pricey when you buy your first tube, but you will not regret it. I have paid $25 for Body Shop hand cream. This one is $10 and 100 times better.

Going without applying for a few days and my dermatitis is back – I have very sensitive skin, especially my hands. Ever since I was a baby I've had countless reactions to different things, sunscreen, soap etc. Countless rashes, sores etc. My fingers itch like crazy, yet to find out what it is that sets me off. My contact dermatitis gets so bad that I get blisters, the skin is dry and weak and busts open so I… Read more

have little cuts all over my fingers. Tried all sorts of steroid and medicated creams over the years and finally, FINALLY I have found one that works for me....Aveeno Intense Relief Hand Cream. It eases the itchiness enough to stop me scratching and making the sores worse, keeps my hands from drying out. I definitely notice when I have forgotten to put it on because my skin gets very dry and tight and itchy. Coming into winter I use my Aveeno and then put on a silicone cream as an extra barrier to keep the moisture in. Please don't ever stop making my miracle cream Aveeno =)

About average – I bought the cream from the chemist that's next door to the wollongong medical centre and didn't like it as much I thought though it still did the job on my dermatitis skin though it takes a few days to work

Absolutely Perfect – My hubby recommend this to me after he came across it at a . He bragged on and on. Whilst getting groceries he picked it up and I almost died at the price. I am a proud cheapskate. And only buy items on sale. He made me buy it and he doesn't have to ask me twice now. I don't even look at the price anymore it could have doubled or even tripled,… Read more

I will pay for it.

Great for those (like mother's) who get dry skin from washing hands or dishes alot – Great product that is not expensive and works well. I have badly cracked and dry hands that can turn into dermatitis at times and get itchy. I get it due to washing my hands alot being a stay at home mum to 3 kids. My doctor said I needed to moisturise my hands each time I washed them in order to prevent it from getting worse. I was using plain… Read more

sorbolene which wasn't helping heal the dryness. I came across Aveeno one day and having a good result with the baby's Aveeno Oatmeal cream with the kids I tried this hand cream and within a few days my hands weren't cracked and were pretty much normal and soft...all healed. As soon as you put it on you can instantly feel the difference it makes to your skin. Moisturizes instantly without leaving hands greasy, affordable and a small amount goes a long way. Nothing I can fault

Cured my dermatitis – I have bad dermatitis on my fingers and nothing helped until this product After 3 days my skin started to heal after a couple of weeks my skin on my hands is perfect My skin is so soft but not greasy as the cream is so lightweight and doesn't have a strong smell. Highly recommended Inexpensive

Great product, lasts all day – Living in a cold climate I developed very sore dry hands, split fingers etc. I started using Aveeno body wash and moisteriser and progressed to the hand cream. I haven't looked back. You can wash your hands and it still protects your skin. I have no problems with my skin while I use Aveeno. Staying power, scent, consistancy Its pricey
