I cannot tell you how happy I am with the service, product and delivery. I contacted Avid re: delivery costs and delivery time and within a short time I received a reply, ordered and voila, the next morning my product arrived and it was awesome! My only complaint is that my wife has put a number of holes in the wall already!!! Lol

Outstanding Customer Service and Range!! – The sport of darts was a game I picked up when I had rotator cuff surgery almost 5 years ago. I was reduced to the use of my good arm for 7 weeks while my arm was in a sling. It also helped that my brother played comp and being very competitive, I wanted to put in the practice to be able to beat him. As I started to improve, I thought it was time to start buying some quality darts. My first set were bought from a bricks and mortar retail store. They were good, don't get me wrong, but the range was limited and the staff had zero product knowledge. About 18 months ago, I discovered Avid Darts online. Their range of darts, boards and accessories is outstanding. Better again, however, is their customer service and support! Any issues I have had or questions I have needed answering have been dealt with promptly and professionally. Whether you are just getting into darts, or have been playing for years, Avid Darts is your place to go to shop all things darts!! I highly recommend them and frankly won't shop anywhere else - why would I?? Avid Darts are the Best!! If I could give them a "One-Hundred-And-Eighty" star review, I most certainly would!
